I don't write many reviews on Angie's List; however, I felt compelled to give Craftsman the credit it deserves. As stated above, I had the company install a dimmer in the hallway and fix an electrical problem with a ceiling fan (with light) in the upstairs bedroom. It was exrtremely important that the  ceiling fan was fixed because I had family coming in the following weekend and that room is dark without a light.
Upon inspection, it was determined that the fan was broken and it was not an electrical problem and a new ceiling fan would need to be installed (which I did not have at the time). The initial electrician left to attend another appointment. Upon contacting Craftsman to see if they could get another electrician out to my house later the next day, the company sent another electrician out the same day to install the new ceiling fan that my wife had purchased at lunch. The type of service I received was exceptional, and I recommend this company to anybody.

I bought an old house so I purchased the Angie's list electrical service deal.  I gave the electrician the list from my home inspection and he went through the house and fixed every little thing.  We discussed future projects and he gave me written estimates on each item.  He was very customer service oriented, punctual and I was very comfortable having him work on my home.

Craftsman Electrical was professional from the initial contact for me to describe my situation to the follow-through with appointment. The technician, Shaun, took the right diagnostic steps to isolate and then identify the problem. One by one Shaun excluded many likely items until finally identifying the cause of the electrical failure.
It turned out to be a "hidden" and old fuse box behind the coal room door. Yes, that's a coal room from a home built in the 1930's.
One of the fuses had been tripped,
Most of the electrical was upgraded, but somehow this was missed.
I would recommend Craftsman and Shaun if he's available for the job.

They were very good. They have a neat and clean organization. Sam was very courteous and explained to us all of the work that was involved. I was so pleased with their service the first time that I have hired them to do more extensive work as well! They had good pricing, coming in under the original quote.

The Craftsman Electric representative was helpful on the phone and explained clearly what might be involved with the job and what the cost could be. The electrician (Steven) was professional and had good recommendations about what type of light post to buy and where to place the new porch light. He did good work, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend them.

Sean arrived on time as was very professional.  Answered all my questions.  I highly recommend, very honest and reliable.
