They have nice choices on frames. The price is about half the regular price. Their responsiveness in getting my glasses adjusted isn't good. Sometimes I have to wait.

I have been very pleased because their prices are about half of what they would be on the open market. The hearing aids are state of the art. He was really well informed. I've never met anyone who knew so much about hearing aids.

I love their brand names. They are really good. If I had any complaints it would be that I rarely have someone I can ask questions about a large purchase. They don't have someone who is really an expert on a lot of the stuff, like mattresses. It is a lot cheaper than other stores I go to.

You need to be there when they open if you want to get in early as it is first come, first served (they open at 10:00 AM), but once you are it is a seamless process. Great price on name brand tires, plus you get free lifetime tire balancing, tire rotations, flat repairs and inflation pressure checks (filled with nitrogen). You do need to be a member of Costco, but the value you get speaks for itself.

Very pleased with price and quality of installation. They did delay in calling me when the car was finished and this was a problem with my schedule...but, if that's the worst of the deal I won't complain much.

Their prices are great. I bought an item there and it broke and the company wouldn't honor the warranty and Costco made them honor the warranty. They sent me a whole new item. They have great customer service.

Their pharmacists are very knowledgeable. They tell me it will take 15-20 minutes to fill prescriptions but it doesn't usually take that long. They respond promptly to physician calls and refills.

I called to see if they had the tires I wanted in stock and they quickly found out that they did. They said they could do the job in 45 minutes, based on the their current work load if I came in that day. I did and they were able to complete the work in 45 minutes. Great prices vs. other stores and very professional, knowledgeable and courteous workers.
