Maria and her team did a fantastic job doing a deep clean of our entire condo. It looks better than I've even seen the place look (even before I moved in)! Really satisfied with her and the team's level of detailed cleaning and straightening and plan to continue to use them bi-weekly. Would highly recommend!

Toilet not cleaned,, wast basket not empied. I did not get $144.00 worth of cleaning for one hour and and a half of work.

Maria Reyes was wonderful. She is thorough and explained what services she could provide and pointed out areas and how they would be addressed by her team. I very much wanted to hire her but could not at this time afford the price. It is expensive but considering ALL the work they do and how they do it, I was sold. Maybe I'll be able to get her in January to start of 2021 fresh.

Great! They were meticulous about every detail, corners, under furniture, shades, door facings and baseboards. The team worked very well together, I heard them joking and laughing as they worked and they were very kind and respectful. Our experience with Maria and her team was exceptional and surpassed our expectations. We needed our entire home cleaned for our son's engagement party and had several out of town guests staying with us. Maria and her team cleaned our home in an entire day that not only included the basics but also appliances, windows, walls, woodwork, light fixtures, wood floors, outdoor patio, garage and changed our linens in the bedrooms for our guests. Our home was beautiful, spotless and I was proud to entertain in our home. I have Maria and her team to thank for making our family event very special and stress-free. We could not have done it without her! We will continue to use Maria for monthly cleanings and to help with some bigger projects down the road.

They were late because they were held up in traffic but called to let me know. Once here they were terrific and their cleaning was above and beyond. Maria (owner) and Carmen worked hard the whole time they were here and we are pleased with their service. They were both polite and professional. This company is rather expensive but I truly appreciated Maria coming so quickly.

I cannot thank Maria and her team enough for the quality and attention to detail that was given to my home. She met with me earlier this week and was able to work at my home on Saturday. I didn't recognize my home, in a good way when I returned from running errands. My home looks brand new! I have tears in my eyes as I am typing this because I feel really good in my home, my sanctuary. I am a forever client! If you want the best for cleaning, then this is your business. You get what you pay for, so if you're looking for high quality, you can't go wrong.

Excellent! Maria and the ladies were super kind and did an amazing job. We have a 2Bed/2Bath apartment. With a new baby, upkeep had gotten away from me. I was beyond impressed with everything and plan to continue with the team when we move into our House next month!

I had to cancel my appointment

How did it go? It didn't! They had asked for appointment to come and inspect the house and quote a price for their services, to which I replied yes. They told me they would be by the following Monday at 5pm, but never showed up! Not even the courtesy of a phone call or email to say they weren't coming, or to even offer an excuse as to why they didn't. "Professional?" I think not.

The team did an excellent job, the house is very clean. They cleaned everything, the pantry, closets, baseboards, fans, lights, window sills, basement, blinds, air vents, etc. - all the areas that are commonly overlooked by weekly cleaning companies. Maria was honest and open about what she saw that needed to be done, I appreciated the honesty and passion of doing a good job. The price is high, for me it was worth it for an annual deep cleaning. I now feel caught up and can start a routine maintenance cleaning that can be maintained. They worked diligently the entire day, were quiet, worked great as a team and did not finish until I had reviewed the entire house and I agreed it was complete.

Sunday, Jan 14, 2018 We needed an emergency cleaning for a birthday party we were having and Maria was definitely to the rescue. Although you may pay a little more, I promise that you have never seen anyone work so hard to clean your house. It was so clean that we didn't want to inside because we were afraid to mess it up. You would have thought it was her son that was having the 2nd birthday. I am generally a little bit cheap and looking for the best deal. This is one of those instances where you definitely get what you pay for! Whether you want to impress your friends or make your wife very, very happy! This is the way to go!

Excellent. It is expensive however this was a first time through cleaning and the next time the company is used it is not the same price.

Their attention to detail is unmatched. They cleaned windows, baseboards, pictures, walls, floors, bathrooms, organized closets and they even mended a torn dust ruffle. They helped me be prepared for a special event and I'm very grateful.

Maria Reyes, the owner, was incredibly caring and added a personal touch that I didn't expect. Her and her crew were sympathetic to my needs (I had just had foot surgery so getting around was slow and painful) and so helpful. Maria bought some items for the house and even brought me and my son lunch! I was given Maria and team as a gift. Which was a wonderful gift!! Maria and her team came in and turned my house upside down, lol in a good way. They cleaned everything, pulled stuff from cabinets, wiped it down and replaced. Inside and out of fridge. You name it, and it was cleaned. They were very thorough. We have a log home and for the first time in a long time, it was dust free!

Maria and her team, cleaned my house from top to bottom. It looked and smelled amazing. Even the baseboards and crown molding shined!! So nice to find people that are trustworthy and understand what you are looking for and able to complete the task. In fact I have had her clean other peoples homes as a gift to them and everyone was completely blown away by their thoroughness.

I had a very different experience from the first reviewer. Maria (the owner) came to my house, and gave me a clear price quote for the total amount of the cleaning. Yes she's on the expensive side, but she comes in with a crew of about 5 people plus herself, so you have to compare her to other, similar operations. Anyway, she and her crew did a wonderful job cleaning everything. They were very thorough, they even cleaned the inside of the windows! And she uses natural cleaning products, which I appreciated. They did not rearrange my drawers, nor did she push this service. At the end of the cleaning, Maria offered a lower price to continue cleaning my house every other week. The only negative: she never arrived quite when she said she would. So if you need someone to be punctual, Maria may not be a good fit. But if you can be flexible, you may really like working with her and her team.

$800 later......Buyer be ware!  Be sure you know exactly what your purchasing.  Be very clear about what they will be doing for you and the hourly price vs. hourly per person.  I was a first time buyer of cleaning services.
I called for a free estimate.  She called to change the time at the last minute and then still showed up another 20 min late for the estimate.  She said she does a deep cleaning, before starting routine cleaning.  She really pushed the deep cleaning and talked about re-organizing the kitchen pantry.  Re-organizing wasn't a huge need for me, but I thought I had to do the deep cleaning before we could start, and nothing was mentioned of rearranging personal drawers.  I didn't think I needed to ask.
I emailed to setup a time for service with no reply, then called again a week later.  She was in the middle of something and would call me back to set something up.  Another week goes by and she finally returns my call saying she had an opening for deep cleaning the very next day.  It was rather hectic getting all the kid stuff picked up off the floor and the house de-cluttered for a cleaning so last minute.  I should have listened to the red flag in my head when it took so long to return my email or call and then gave me virtually no prep time.
At first It sounded great.  I have never had someone come clean for me and I was looking forward to the help.  Be sure to know when her team of 5 shows up if the hourly rate you were quoted is hourly per person.  Turns out it was hourly per person, my fault for not understanding.  There is a language barrier with the employees and the owner is better, but not 100%.  The employees are all family and they didn't understand much English.  I don't recall a uniform, as the website said, or maybe they all had on a plain white t-shirt? The company might be licensed, bonded & insured, but I don't know that the family workers were as well, or if they were even legal.  I don't have evidence they weren't legal, but it is a concern.
What they cleaned they cleaned well.  However, they cleaned and organized items that didn't need to be cleaned & organized.  Thus racking up more time.  They cleaned all of our drawers including personal undergarment drawers and reorganized my child's closet that was already pretty organized.  I wanted actual cleaning.  I kept saying that they didn't need to clean inside my drawers, but she kept insisting.  I also said they didn't need to fold my clean laundry that was in a basket, again she insisted.  One time I checked up on them in the master bedroom and the dust from the ceiling fan was falling all over my mattress pad and unmade bed.  I said I would wash the mattress pad now and not to make the bed further.  They made the bed anyway.  Again, not real sure they understood English.  Also, one person organized most every knick knack that was inside my 5 yr old daughters drawers.  Really??   This isn't deep cleaning.
After 6.5 hours with all but one person mostly on the upstairs floor only, I realized what this was actually costing me and I said it was time to go.  In an attempt to make things right with me for the misunderstanding on the cost, she wanted to quickly clean the main level.  They actually did a pretty good job for only 45 min.  This further proved that they were mostly cleaning unnecessary time consuming tasks upstairs.  One woman was in the kitchen, I think the whole time, and somehow missed wiping down a whole row of cabinets on the outside.  Unfortunately, these have glass windows and contain my crystal wine glasses.  She also organized my pen/notepad drawer.  Gee thanks!  The windows looked great, but they were all left unlocked. 
Don't be sold on the deep cleaning unless you want EVERY drawer rearranged.  They are in a business to sell you services that are hourly and time consuming to make money whether you need them or not.  I get it.  I feel taken advantage of.  As a first time buyer of cleaning services, I was definitely sold something I didn't need or want.  I thought I was buying cleaning services, that was not the case.
Buyer be ware and be very detailed on what services you are paying for and the total cost.
