Very satisfied. Clean Cut fell a 30' ash tree. I called for service, they came out and produced a written estimate, then scheduled the work (1-3 week window). Everyone was very friendly and professional. Special thanks to the job crew for quick, safe work. Well done.

The entire experience, from getting an estimate to contracting, and getting the tree removed was excellent! They did a great job of removing a very large tree, hauling away all the debris and clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Clean Cut!

After removing the tree the clean up was first rate. No wasted time during the removal.

I have used them before. Excellent service ,value price, very professional, good clean up. Not sure why I bothered to get other bids. Difficult very large tree over 60' tall near house with multiple storm damage, over wires. Duke removed theirs, Bell and cable wouldn't. All completed in one day no damage.

The guys who were in the field to cut trees are really professional and friendly.

They came within the three weeks they specified. Clean up was excellent. Their bid was less than another company I have used in the past, who also bid on the project.

They did a great job of removal an old dangerous tree from my back yard. They arrived quickly and finished quickly. I'm still waiting for them to remove the stump from the tree cut in my front yard.

Company needs to better communicate with customer. I was told one thing by sales rep. about money , then another thing by secretary, then a third thing from man who cut down tree. Who was I to believe??? Then no communication for 2 weeks, about grinding stump, which I had paid for until I called office and got tuff. Overall good company, just need to communicate with customer and be consistent on what customer is told and not 3 different stories.

The arborist came when he said he would and gave an estimate that we felt was very reasonable. The tree trimming that we needed was done very quickly (about an hour) and clean up was excellent.

Work was completed in a timely manner and area was left in good and quite clean condition.

I hired this company and have had issues through the whole process. Voice messages not returned. Technician completed only part of job after coming to house and has not returned to finish. i have contacted company on several occasions with no response. I will not be paying for this service.

They did a good clean job and were on time. Easy to reach someone on the phone about questions.

They were professional and responsive from the first contact I made with them. I had a large tree to trim and shape and they did a wonderful job. When they finished, I could barely tell that they had been there. I'm very pleased with the final result and would use them again for any future work needed. Their charges were very reasonable. I like the fact that they provided me with insurance/workers' comp coverage information at the initial contact -- something none of the other contractors I spoke with did.

Clean Cut Tree Service did a Great job cutting down, cleaning up and hauling away my two, 110' Norway spruce trees. After I contacted them to set up an appointment to give me an estimate, accept the bid, they called me in a few days to get the job done. Very friendly and professional people. I understood that the remaining stumps would be cut a bit lower to the ground, but this is not a big deal for me because I have to bring in more dirt to the area to plant another tree. I would gladly pass ccts to friends, family, and neighbors

They were fast and efficient as well as very economical. The crew that removed the trees even cleaned up debris from my neighbors yard as well as my own. I would highly recommend this company!
