Clean Cut Tree Service (CCTS) did a wonderful job. We had a large oak in the front yard that was in dire need of trimming and a large spruce in the back that was dead. CCTS walked us through the contract before starting the work and worked quickly. Clean up was great and payment options were flexable. I would like better communication from CCTS if we use them in the future. We were scheduled for a Friday and it rained early that morning. No one showed up and no phone call was received. I called and left a message asking for an update and expected start time unless rescheduling was needed. No response. CCTS arrived the next morning.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with Clean Cut Tree Service. Phone communication was spotty at times, but the work was done properly and on time as agreed upon in the contract. Their price was very competitive and their BBB rating made us feel at ease throughout the entire process.

I liked the job they did with the Japanese Maple but we had a disconnect with large maple tree. We had diffences of opinion as to what was to be done. So I give them 3 and half stars.

We are still waiting for Clean Cut Tree Service to complete our contract with them, grinding out tree stump and waste removal from grinding. Their work so far is outstanding. They are true to their estimate as well. The entire tree removal process is completed. Everything is very well done. We are quite pleased. I certainly recommend Clean Cut Tree Service to everyone.

They arrived on time, they determned the best way to complete the job and they did it without a problem. They made sure not to damage any other trees in the area. The job site was cleaned completely to my satisfaction. If I ever need any other tree work they will be the people I call.

The crew did a great job, even a hornets nest in one of the trees did not stop them. They did a great job of cleaning up also.

Fast, efficient and competitive. I'd definitley use Clean Cut Tree Service again if the need arises.

They were very thorough, easy to talk to, and professional during the estimate process. The estimate was very reasonable. Also, we were very impressed how professional, friendly and efficient the crew was while working. The work was completed on a timely basis and to our satisfaction. We already had one neighbor as about their service and pricing. We will definitely use them again as well as refer them to our friends and neighbors.
