Spent over $100 for service call clothes dryer could not be repaired!

Response time on project was excellent. He was able to identify problem quickly on older equipment. He used all of his available resources attempting to find the needed parts.

I had a refrigerator go-out and Jeff was able to come immediately. He gave me the bad news that the problem was the compressor. While he does not work on compressors, he gave me the name of someone who does and the name of an appliance sales company that should be able to help me immediately. All his advice was excellent and I was able to get immediate resolution.

Jeff was super quick in returning my inquiry for help and he was also the only repair person to say he could get to my repair faster than anyone else. His base price for diagnosing the issue was quite reasonable and since he didn't need parts to discover and fix the issue, that was my only cost. He arrived on time, honored my request that he wear a mask in my home, and was very polite and efficient. I will definitely use Jeff again if needed in the future.

Prompt service. Knew what he was doing. Explained everything. My Samsung refrigerator is now functioning without the worrisome buzzing sound.

He came into my house took apart my dryer put it back together with pieces of aluminum foil on the wiring and said that the motherboard was not available and I should just buy another dryer. Another company came out seen the aluminum on The Wire replace that ordered the motherboard and is scheduled to install and complete repairs on Monday, September 20th. I feel like he had no intention of trying to repair the equipment he just wanted to come out and collect the $100 service fee which he asked for it via cash app so I have no recourse to recuperate my loss.
