Answered call set up a time to come out was on time and did a great job on the repair he seemed very knowledgeable and had the repair done within an hour I called two other repair companies one never showed for the appointment and the other one didn t call me back so I was extremely happy to find someone who set up an appointment and actually showed up I would highly recommend him did a great job and was very friendly

Jeff answered the first time I called. When I explained what was going on, He said he would come right out since I basically had no toilet. Jeff was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He inspected all of my water lines and valves and let me know what needed to be replaced and which valves had to be replaced by the city. Exceptional service!!!

On time, professional, and completes the job as promised!

I had jeff out to look at ice maker. He replaced unit incorrectly. 225.00 came back 2 days later replaced wster pressure valve 80.00. Still no ice. At that point he walked away from it. Turns out we had bad saddle valve that another contractor spotted within minutes 125.00.. 430.00 total for a 5.00 valve. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff fixed my dryer. The next week the belt slipped off. He came out right away to fix it. All good so far. However, after 3 uses the belt snapped. I ve texted and called several times. But, I ve yet to hear from him. I needed to have the dryer fixed. So, I called another repairman.

Jeff was very good about getting back to me and told me he would call when he was on his way. At 45 minutes from his call he was here. Was able to pull the refrigerator from the wall, something other men haven't been able to do in the past. He broke the news that it was the compressor and that he doesn't do compressor work in a residential place because of needing to weld it. He was able took up the age of my refrigerator - 16.5 years and told me what I'd already guessed, it wasn't worth fixing. So it was a bad news/good news situation. I get to pick out a new refrigerator.

I am not a "review" type of person, but do feel compelled with this one, in a good way! Jeff was very friendly and knowledge, was able to solve our problem quickly, fair priced, I'd hire again in a heart beat!

Jeff is very professional. He called me to let me know when to expect him to arrive. When he came, he knew exactly what the problem with our dryer and told me exactly the total cost before he does the work. His rate is reasonable and he left our laundry area clean and clear of any tell tale that someone was working there earlier.
