My refrigerator quit working on a Friday afternoon. I was connected with Jeff. He made my situation a priority and had me up and running before noon on Saturday. I highly recommend him and he didn't mind that my bulldog was trying to help.

We hired Jeff to repair a refrigerator, he came out the same day, he inspected an diagnosed our refrigerator. He recommended that it needed a control board and defrost thermostat. He returned the next morning, put them in and told us everything would be fine. After he left we found duck tape on the back of the freezer wall, we had called him about it said he broken off some clip and the duck tape was holding a part for the freezer but did not bother to tell us anything more specific. After 11 days the refrigerator was not getting cold, we called him back and set up an appt for him to come back the next day and he did not make the appt. He texted me that he was sick and that he was going to the ER. Someone else texted me that Jeff would not be coming back for a while, I texted back wondering where we go from here, they replied with not being able to give a solution and to look somewhere else to fix the refrigerator, we asked for a refund for the parts and we had no reply. His receipt says that his parts are warrantied for 90 days, I feel this was the least he can do, we had to buy a new refrigerator because if we called another repairman that would just be more money, we might as well get a new refrigerator at this point.

The technician was very friendly and professional. Called ahead to let.me know that he was on his way. Also he was fast and efficient and neat. I highly recommend this company.
