10/10 Responsive, polite, excellent quality of work, and all for a better price than anyone else around. Our refrigerator inlet valve was cracked and not only did he replace the part, he was there on time, extremely professional, and left everything not only better working but even cleaner than he found it. I can't recommend highly enough! Plus, our dogs loved him too.

Jeff showed up on time and did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue. I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

I went with this service because they could come almost immediately and my freezer was broken. The gentleman came, went down in the basement, came back, and showed me a gauge that showed no Freon. I asked id he would recommend my refilling the Freon. He said yes but he could not do that unless I signed a waiver. My bad---I should have cut my losses but I did not. Fifteen minutes and $235 later he left. The refrigerator promptly drained the Freon.

He was absolutely amazing. After I got online with Home Advisers he called me a half hour later and asked me to text him a picture of my make and model he also asked me what my dryer was doing. He came to my house today and told me what was wrong and I asked when he could fix it and he had the part with him and fixed it right away. I am so thankful and grateful for him and his expertise and preparedness I would recommend him to anyone. And thank you Home Adviser for the referral he is the cream of the crop!!!!!!!!

Jeffrey was amazing! My washing machine was not cycling properly and he diagnosed the problem during our initial phone call. He needed to order a part and said it might take a couple of days to arrive. The NEXT day, he called to say he picked up the part and could be here in 20 minutes. True to his word, he was . . . he removed the faulty board and installed the new one. He is a true professional and I will not hesitate to use him in the future!!! He "wow'd me! I've given a couple of family members his name and contact information!!!!

Mr Lachter actually arrived earlier than was originally planned which was a good thing. He made sure the dryer was operational before the check was written and before he left. 5 Stars and I would recommend him/The Company as well.

Jeff promptly responded to my request and made it out same day to do the job -- a washing machine repair. The fix was simply a new belt, but for some reason the initial replacement belt had issues too. I called Jeff back and he quickly came out to fix the problem.

he is dishonest and he didn't do anything in a timely manner and he was just rude as he didn't return my calls yet took my money. This is just wrong to do to an elderly woman. He is the worst and be very leery of hiring this man to do a project.

Jeff arrived when he said he would and called to let me know when he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. Jeff was in the restaurant appliance supply and repair business during his career, so he is very knowledgeable about all brands. He replaced my ice maker and advised me against spending money to repair my 13-year-old washer. I appreciated his honesty.

Hard finding other companies to come and look at appliance. Waited days for update after initial request. No responses. Home advisor called me and I had a response almost immediately and the work was done the same day.
