He actually examined both garage doors, made adjustments as necessary. He replaced the rollers on one door because the package only called for roller replacements on one. He did it in a very friendly, professional, and speedy manner. I was very pleased with the service. It went extremely well. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

They did the tune-up. I called them up the next day because the light was out. They diagonsed it over the phone as probably needing a light bulb replacement, but they would come out to look @ it. They were out later that day. They were right, the light bulb was out and they hadn't inadverently done anything to it during the tune-up. They were polite about it and didn't charge me for making a trip out to change a light bulb.

Since I'd dealt with the company in the past and was pleased, I called them on a Wednesday to discuss my needs. (I could have used my Angie's List coupon, but their seniors discount was more!) We set the appointment for Friday, they called that morning with the expected time, and then even arrived early. The installation was done in one hour, after which he explained all the features, and they even took a credit card. All in all, it was an extremely easy and painless experience. And the door is so quiet now!

They replaced all the wheels and adjusted all the bars. They coated the spring in an oil compound. It did get on my windows, but that's hard not to do with 18 foot ceiling.

Perfectly fine. They came out within a few days of us buying the big deal, did their thing, and left. Our garage doors have been operatiing smoothly ever since (one of them kept opening by itself when we closed it prior to them coming out). And, the one door where the nylons are installed is much quieter,

Great experience. Company was very professional. When the battery supplier took longer than expected to ship the battery (through no fault of Cincinnati Door and Opener), Cincinnati Door and Opener called me multiple times to keep me in the loop. I was very impressed.

The employee was very nice and did everything he could to help me out (the garage doors were pretty old and beat up). He repaired the wire on the doors and the locks and told me how to get a key for the other lock.

I called about 10 AM and one of their technicians arrived late afternoon and said the garage door opener could not be fixed and they could put in a new one the next morning. He discussed the options available and we agreed on a time. He arrived on time, installed the opener, explained how to use it and the wall entrance pad. I was very pleased with the service.

The technician got to my home before I did (I had to come from work, he
called me when he was on his way). He got right down to business, did
the tune up and roller replacement and with my consent also replaced the

Installed nylon rollers, tightened all screws/bolts and lubricated springs. Great job, timely, and a much, much quieter door!
