Description of Work: Cincinnati Bell has absolutely the worst customer service that I have experienced in my lifetime. If you don't have a problem with the service, then you are fine but if you have ANY problem with Cincinnati Bell than you will experience all the torture of Dante's seven circles of h***.

So far no resolution.
Description of Work: We've had intermittent problems with the internet. After two calls, they have asked us to turn all our wireless off and run directly from the modem. While it is possible that it is the router, we've encountered this issue before and it has been the modem in the past. All we are asking is that they replace the modem. We are constantly powering the modem off to reset it and restore service.
