The Cincinnati Bell Zoomtown service constantly drops out. I have to maintain a useless land-line in order to have it. They even nickel and dime you to death with hidden taxes (almost $6/mth worth of "taxes" and "fees"). When my wife changed her name, they wanted to charge $15 just for that! Not even my BANK or CREDIT CARDS charge to change a name. Also just to move service to a new home, they charge $30. I'm through with Cincinnati Bell and their dumb internet service.

I TRANSFERED MY HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE ALONG WITH MY PHONE SERVICE WHEN I MOVED TO MY NEW ADDRESS. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING GET MY SERVICE UP AND RUNNING. THEY INSTALLED A POT SPLITTER, AND PROVIDED AN UPDATED MODEM. THEY ALSO REPAIRED TELEPHONE LINES THAT WERE DAMAGED BY THE MOVING TRUCK. SERVICE IS CONSISTENT, AND THE COMPANY HAS BEEN QUICK TO RESPOND TO ANY CONCERNS.

IT WAS A LITTLE CHALLENGING GETTING IT SET UP AT FIRST, BUT ONCE IT HAS BEEN SET UP IT HAS BEEN GREAT. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. IT IS VERY FAST, VERY RELIABLE.
