Overall, we’ve been pretty happy with Champion. We wanted a little bit more flexibility with shelving; the installers put a few extra holes in it so we could move our shelves around.

Sales rep was professional, had good suggestions. Installers were good, knew what they were doing. Several breakdowns in communication between installers, sales rep. and main office. One was not aware that several parts were missing, temporary pieces of insulation were put in in the openings where the windows belonged. Foreman said windows would be in stock early January. Called the sales rep who was not aware, got a call next day, windows were put in 2 days later. Not real good communication, but we are very happy with the project.

I have had them sicce 2000.  We have all Champion Windows but one patio door.  They come when they say,evaluate the problem,and then fix the problem.  They have professional,clean workmen,and they clean up afterthemselves.

Champion was excellent, reasonable priced. Service performed was excellent. Personnel were professional and courteous. Great value for money spent.

Price was agreed upon and approximate time frame for install given.  Received call inside of time frame promised and install date set.  Installers arrived on time and quickly removed old unit and installed new one.  Supervisor arrived on site at completion  of project and checked it out.  Door has the best latching system i have seen on sliders.  Excellent warranty.  This is the second slider i have had installedby Champion in the last 5 years.  Would use Champion again.

Although a little pricier then some competitors, they have a long history in the area, good reviews from friends and a lifetime warrenty including things like glass breakage and screen tears. Excellent installation crew. Professional and did a great job cleaning up after their work.

Delivery date of 7-9 weeks promised.  Actual installation was 4 weeks.  Old windows were removed and hauled away. Installers were very friendly and professional and cleaned up all work areas.  They even asked if I would like them to patch a small area of water damaged drywall around one of my windows!  I was thrilled!  Pricing was on the high end of the estimates we received, but we are very pleased with our decision to purchase from Champion.

We requested installation/removal in 1 day - they sent 2 teams. On time - highly organized. Everything cleaned - even repaired a couple bad window openings. Expert installation. Superior product. Thrilled with our experience!!

Had ready to install one month early.  Sent 2 member crew to install-Rushed too much towards end of install. Some window openings damaged, had to call for service 3 times..  All screens had holes.  Mixed up 2 windows, tech had to retrim flash on most windows.

Workers were on time. Went right to work took the old door on new door in with no problem. They did good job in cleaning up, Completed the job in 2 nos.

The crew was on time, & got done in a timely manner.  But the windows were not exactly what I thought they would be, they do not have as many opening options as I thought & malfunction easily.

Installer was honest although he explained the defects of the door after installing it.  He explained - this was policy and gave us # to follow up.

From beginning to end they were true professionals.  They said it would take 4 - 6 weeks to make the door.  They were right on schedule with what they said.  They called on a Monday to say it was ready and they installed it the next day.  I am so happy with my new doors.  I will recommend them to everyone i know. They deserve 5 stars!!

All workers were very professional, did not waste any time.  Took great care to protect our existing living quarters.  Seemed to know exactly what to do.

Certainly not the least expensive window that one can find, but the peace of mind of a lifetime guarantee and the superb customer service makes it worthwhile.  This is the second time we have used Champion for window replacement.  We have replaced 8 windows total and we have also had them return to repair one of their windows that failed after a couple of years.  The repair work was done promptly and efficiently without question and most importantly, no charge!

The job is still not done. They said it would be 8 to 10 weeks and 8 weeks went by and I started calling them. 9 and 10 weeks goes by and I'm calling them and in the meantime I'm not receiving a phone call from them and I'm the one initiating all of the phone calls. After about 12 weeks finally I started talking to management at their main office and then they found out that apparently the windows had been lost in the warehouse or some nonsense. They came out and they put the windows in upstairs which we still have not resolved the issue of how the windows were installed. The front door was put in and the frame was the wrong color, so they had to order another door. The second door comes in and it's warped. It's a metal door which they fill it with a foam core and apparently when they filled it they put too much in and it had expanded and there were big gaps at the top and the bottom. We had to have the person who was at the very head of Champion Window's Door Department in Cincinnati came out here before they would replace it a third time and when he looked at it he said that it was definitely warped and explained to us what happened to it. The bottom line is we are now on our third door which appears to be at the moment okay and the issues with the windows upstairs is still not fixed at this point. It just irritated me that I seemed to be the one that has to keep them moving along otherwise nothing would ever be getting done. I think that their product is good ultimately in the end. I'm happy with the door, but the whole process has just been a headache. They're also extremely expensive.

They were here when they said they would be.  As for the price, I thought it was a bit high.
