The work went great. It took a little bit longer than I expected from contract agreement and downpayment to the actual start of the job by a week or two but the installation itself went very quickly and the crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. There was a question on the part of the crew about the extent of work to be done but we were able to resolve it very painlessly after the foreman rechecked his contract. They were loading up the trucks without covering the two rear doors or the casing around the garage door, both included in the job. After a short conversation and a review of the paperwork they unloaded everything without complaint and happily finished the job. We're very happy with the results and love the look of the house. The trim matches the existing siding very well and we won't be painting the trim anymore!

HIGH pressure sales tactics, in the long run there are better companies with better products out there. I would not use nor suggest anyone use these guy until they stop the high pressure tactics and make a better proudct.

They did a good job on the screened in porch area, but when it comes to the screen door I called Champion and they said the people they contracted to got a door from another place. Their job was just to do the screening and they ordered a screen door. The screen is loose in the screen door and that's the only problem I have. It wasn't a good job, Champion was supposed to get in touch with the company who did the job and I think they ordered a screen door from another company. The price was pretty good considering they had to level out the patio and replaced some wooden posts that looked like they were rotting. They were here quickly, did the job and were very professional and finished in two days. They were neat and there were no problems whatsoever, but they never got back to me about the door. I would use them again, but I would make sure that all parts were done by Champion.

I would recommend Champion to anyone who is looking for a quality door with professional installation. We visited the show room late Saturday afternoon in January 2010. There was a huge sale that day, with an advertisement in the daily paper. My husband and I were greeted and were told someone would be with us very soon. We looked around at the spacious sale room area. The products on display were plentiful. After about 5-10 minutes, a saleman approached us, asked if we were interested in a door. We explained we were looking for three entry doors for our home. The salesman was very courteous and very helpful. We finally picked out the styles that we liked. We were escorted to the sales room to finalize the sale. We were in the office for approximately an hour. Our salesman offered us the advertisement from the paper, as we didn't have the ad with us for the discount. Our salesman was very polite and helpful. Finally, the price...a little over $10,000.00. We picked out 3 custom doors, one single door with oval design for the basement entry and two doors exactly the same for our front and side entry, a door and two side panels, custom made with beveled glass hand made design and painted. Also the doors are equipped with a security feature on the dead bolt and handle. Later, within a few weeks, the supervisor for the job visited to take measurements. From this point, our waiting period was 8-12 weeks for installation. I was contacted by our salesman a week before installation to set up the job date. The two man crew was there on time, very professional and completed the three doors in 5 1/2 hours.

They did a good job. The first people that installed it didn't have it set right so we had some problems still with air leaking around the sides but they came back and fixed it. I think the first guy should probably have it set better but they followed through and eliminated the problem so we weren't too unhappy with them. I would use them again if needed.

They replaced a sliding glass door and 2 big bay windows. The product was good. They were very thorough. They did a nice job. We have had other windows replaced earlier. We compared the heat coming through those windows. Then we stood in front of the new windows. There was a great deal of difference. They were professional. The guys were funny and considerate. They were very expensive. They were very responsive. They got back to us immediately. They offered some suggestions for the old windows and we are planning to get them redone just for cosmetic purposes.

They explained things very well and showed me how they were going to install the windows. They also cleaned up once the job was done. They were professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

The reason I used them in the first place was because I read an article about them and how their windows were energy efficient. I knew we had a local outfit here. I had them out and we were very pleased with the sliding glass doors. The ones we had prior were terrible and hard to move. We have had windows replaced from other companies and they were always experience. We were also able to get a color that matched the outside of the house. They were excellent. The installer felt the windows had not been previously sealed right and asked if he could seal them in dark brown aluminum. He did not charge me for this and it was beautiful. He did an actual repair while doing the job and did not charge me for it.

They did a good job, but the price was a little expensive.

They provide good service, and we have had a good experience with them. Their price is very reasonable. The quality of their work is excellent. They had 10 people out here working on the job. They installed the windows for us in 1 day.

I was very happy with their services. It was a very good experience. I have only positive things to say about the people who worked on the project. It wasn't cheap but it was in line with the quality of the windows. Both their punctuality and professionalism were good.

The experience was excellent. They came when they said they would and t he work turned out great. The installer was wonderful and we plan to have him come back for additional work.

The sales call started out well. The gentlemen was friendly, and seemed to know what he was talking about. He demonstrated to me his product. And honestly, the Champion product seemed to me to be a very good patio door. After the demo, he quoted me the price. I needed to speak to my spouse, who was not there. The gentleman explained that this particular price was only good for that day. I explained that there was no way I could make the decision alone. Then he informed me that if I made the decision at that moment, the price would come down even further. This happened several times, with the price coming down a little each time. He also lowered the down payment price several times. I could feel my temperature rising during this time. He was really closing hard. It was very uncomfortable. I eventually signed the contract with no money down to "hold my price." I felt like I had to give in or it was going to go on forever. What if I had said yes right away? Then I would have paid the full price. Not fair to consumers! At least I don't think so. BUT, the thing that REALLY got me, was, that after he had left, he called me later that afternoon. He asked, that if I chose his company for the project, could he have a COPY of the quotes that I had recieved from the other two companies that I was talking to regarding a new patio door. (yes, I informed all three companies that I was speaking to that I would be gathering a total of three quotes before making a decision.) I was in shock. This is crooked, and unethical. Obviously we did not use Champion. Really, honestly, this rep was really likable. He was friendly, and seemed to be sincere, at least until it was time to close me. I was really disappointed because they seemed to have a good product. Their sales tactics are disgusting.

Champion's workers were very good. The sales people didn't push anything on me. The price was a little high but I needed the windows. I would recommend them.

They were very thorough and did a good job. And they were very friendly.

I called to get an estimate, and they came within a few days of my calling. However, I was very unimpressed with their sales tactics, which border on deception. The estimator told me it would cost $900 to replace a picture window in my bathroom. He then pressured me into making a decision by offering me a $250 "gift card" which I could use against the $900 to bring the bill to $650 if I made the decision on the spot to go with them. He tipped his hand by saying that I would have a hard time getting a bid under $600. In other words, the market price was closer to $600. The gift card was simply a high pressure sales tactic. He also told me that I would have a hard time finding a company willing to replace only one window. He was wrong about both predictions. A few days later, I had a reputable company out to give me another bid, which was $599. They had no problem replacing just one window. They did not offer any gimmicky "gift cards". A reputable company has no business engaging in underhanded high pressure sales tactics.

They were outstanding. They were top notch, but probably more expensive. They were quick and anything we asked they did. They showed up on time every day. Everything that was promised was done.

It went excellent. The job was done quickly. They did a good clean up job. They weather was not the greatest and they just worked right through it. It went so well I am having them come back to do more work for us.

I didn't choose this company, but they were excellent anyway.

Now it is re-done. I liked the paneled walls. Everything is great. However, the handyman did not do a good job with the painting. Everything else was fine.

They were very business-like and described everything the way it would be and followed through.

THE WINDOWS AND COMPANY ARE VERY SATISFACTORY. THE ONE COMPLAINT I DO HAVE IS THAT DURING INSTALLATION THEY CHIPPED THE EXISTING MARBLE WINDOW SILLS.

They did a really good job. They said if it leaked we should call them. It did, we called and they came out the next day and fixed it and it hasn't leaked since.

I was given a price quote ($2700) for a replacement patio door. When I told the salesman that I needed to discuss the project before ordering he told me that the discount was good only through this week. I told him that I understood that and would call him. He then told me that I could be included in a bulk discount purchase if I ordered by 3:00 today. The new quote was $1700!! This seems like a very sleazy sales practice and I will not use this company for my remodeling projects. They not only lost the sale of patio doors but I am getting quotes for finishing my basement also and they will not be included. I am very disappointed because I thought that Champion was a reputable company.

Like I mentioned before the workers make a job. Terry R. Casey & the bathroom guys did a great job, and didn't disturb our lives at all.
