CALLA PLUMBING

This was the fourth time we've used Calla plumbing in the past five years.  Each and every time they have been courteous, professional, punctual, efficient, and (in my opinion) very reasonably priced.
This time around, Pat Calla himself (the owner) came to call.  He diagnosed and fixed the problem without delay--the pipe had burst during the winter.   He then gave me several options for preventing the problem in the future.  I had him replace the outside faucet and he showed me how easy it was to remove for the winter.
I really couldn't be happier with Pat's outfit--all four times we've used them!!!!

Calla was recommended to us by a friend that had used them.  We had a leak under our kitchen sink, so we called them and left a short message describing our problem.  In just a few minutes, they called back and suggested that it might be a loose connection in our sink sprayer hose.  We went to the sink while on the phone, tightened the connection, and the leak was fixed.
Calla didn't actually come to our house, but with responsiveness and helpfulness like that, they have guaranteed that we will call them for any future plumbing services.  You just can't find service like that these days.

They were very clean and friendly. Very down to earth employees. They used drop clothes to transport the equipment to the basement.

On initial visit, 2 employees arrived timely ( w/I 15 minutes of scheduled time). Removal of clogged toilet was more complex, but charges for services were as quoted. Work area was cleaned to my satisfaction. On second visit I believe just 1 employee handled job. Job was completed including cleanup. Their prices were reasonable for work done, but I was a little surprised by the additional charge for the cut off valve not addressed in estimate. That being said, extremely happy with work, availability of appoints and employees handling both jobs (father and son, I believe)

They are a plumbing company that does wonderful work, every aspect is great. They are very professional, great quality and great price. They were friendly, they arrived when they said they would and they were very prompt. They had completed the work given to them.

Calla Plumbing are very prompt and they are very reasonable. They were very good in diagnosing the problem in the basement and coming up with the solution that made sense. I was very happy with the job that they did. We have their card right here as we will continue using their services.

Jeff Calla was courteous and professional the entire time, keeping me updated on exactly what the problems were and what he was doing to fix them. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Around 1:30 in the afternoon, I found the basement drain backed up, and water covering some of the laundry room floor. After searching Angie's List, I chose nearby Calla Plumbing for help. I presented my problem to a very nice young man who was, at that moment, on the other side of town. He told me he was finishing up a job, and would be here in about 40 minutes. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, and in less than an hour he had cleared the drain. He was quite pleasant and professional. I learned that he is the son of the owner, who began the business years ago. They apparently take much pride in what they do.

I was happy with the price and with the results. I can't express how much I appreciate the quick response. I like the idea of Calla Plumbing being a family business. I will definitely call them again, as needed, and heartily recommend the company to anyone else who needs plumbing services.

We have used Pat for over thirty years. If you have a plumbing emergency, he should be your go to guy. You can always count on Pat!

Though these were not especially big jobs, I was very happy with the care and professionalism demonstrated by the workers. They showed me what they were doing and explained what to be careful for if I ever decide to fix the faucet myself in the future (there is a part that if removed too abruptly could cause damage to the pipe, creating a bad problem). I have used this company a few times before for both small and larger jobs, and they are always professional and friendly, and they clearly know what they are doing.

I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. I called and described my problem at around 2:15 in the afternoon, and they were at my house at 3:20, with work completed and everything cleaned up by around 4:30. I will certainly call Calla again next time I need a plumber.

I first called a bigger plumbing service. This man told me there is only one problem and he didn't have time to do all the work at that time. He did, however, shut off one of the water valves. This helped one of the problems. I just didn't get a good feeling about the solution. I called Pat Calla, who is truely the fast plumber I know. He told me, he would stop by, analysis the problem and schedule a time to come back. Pat spent 20 minutes making sure that he had the correct solution, came back in 2 days and spent 6 hrs working. He was very careful of all the plaster molding on the ceiling and used big drop cloths. Pat and his son, cleaned up and did an excellent job.

This problem occurs very often due to the maple root and we need to have it cut every year. He came over last night at 7.30 P.M. and took care of my problem. I have used him in the past and find him really good. He is enthusiastic and answers the call as quickly as he can. I believe his prices are fair and haven't compared it. I had called him when he was finishing a job and he came all by himself. The next time I called him he was out on my yard working. He is always on time and is very responsive.
