I visited Bromwell's store on Fourth Street, downtown Cincinnati and chose a wonderful set of gas logs from their very impressive showroom display. The service manager, Todd Glacken, scheduled , JT to install my logs within a week. He also had to remove an existing wood burning insert, which he did with a special machine that hauled it up the stairs and out of my house. Total job, including great clean-up was about 3 hours. Very pleasant experience.

I called Gary and made an appointment to visit my house and replace my screen. He made an appointment within 2 days, fabricated the screen, and returned to install within a week. Very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after he was completed. Great value for a job no one else seemed willing or able to perform.
