DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE! We bought a mattress and frame at the Ashley Furniture Store in Springdale, OH on July 7, 2020. Our salesman assured us that the mattress and frame would be delivered the following day on July 8, 2020. That evening, we took apart our bed and wrapped up our mattress and box spring so they could be picked up the next day. My husband took the day off work and the mattress and PART of the frame was delivered. My husband called the store and was assured the other part of the frame would be delivered on Thursday. My husband took off a second day from work on Thursday, July 9. No one called and nothing was delivered. He called the store and was again assured the rest of the frame would be delivered on Friday, July 10. He took a third day off work. They delivered the same part of the frame that they delivered on July 8. My husband called the store again and was assured they were doing everything they could to get the rest of the frame delivered asap. We then received an email from Josh Render on July 11 stating our frame wasn't loaded on to the truck, so we wouldn't be getting the frame until Tuesday, July 14. Meanwhile, keep in mind that we had been sleeping on an air mattress since July 8. They also forgot to deliver the mattress pad we paid for. We were told by our salesman that we would receive a $300 gift card. Of course, we have not received it. My husband had several conversations with Josh Render concerning getting a partial refund of our purchase because of the delays and the 4 unpaid days off my husband had to take from work. He offered $1,000.00. The corporate office said they can only offer $200 and we can't return the bed or frame. I wish I had seen all of the negative reviews before shopping there. I am in shock at the way this store does business!

I paid $500.00 in cash. Ashley Furniture sold me a warranty through Guardian. When the furniture was delivered there were rips on the entertainment console and penetrating holes between the seats I called about both problems. They did come out and fix the rips on the entertainment console but have never addressed the penetrating holes between the seats. Then at a later time, my dog scratched the chase. Ashley told me the warranty would cover the scratches. I called Guardian and they said the scratches would not be covered. Then most recently I noticed discoloration on the manual recliner. There are large yellowish spots where you rest your head and at the bend of your knees. I called Guardian about that, it is not covered under the warranty. I was given false information as far as what the warranty would repair. They told me to call Susan at the Ashley store. I have tried to get a hold of her for months, she is not returning my calls.

The sales person was great. The only thing I did not like was that they did not arrive on time for the delivery. However, they did refund my delivery charge.

I purchased a dining room table that after a couple months was not holding together. The table had a fold out middle section that would extend the table. Unfortunately the wood pieces that hold the table and insert together were structurally falling apart. After the repair guy came to my house he found that there was no way to repair it so they ordered another table. When the table arrived I picked it up in a box and brought it home. Once we opened the box we found that there was an issue with the wood on that table also. When I called the store about the problem a man who had a bad attitude and told us that he was a manager told us that we couldn't bring the replacement back because even though it was damaged they will only replace the table once. So after that conversation my husband drove the table in it's box back to Ashley furniture and asked for a manager. When the manager came to talk to my husband he explained that he talked to a guy on the phone earlier and if he wasn't able to get a different table he was requesting that Ashley furniture at least throw it away for us so we don't have to pay for the trash to pick up the defective table. The managers response after learning the employees name from the call earlier was that the guy on the phone lied since he wasn't a manager and he apologized for that employees responses. The manager also looked at the table and after looking at the type of defects said that he would have a new one delivered. Once the new one was delivered it was in perfect condition and were now happy with the table that we wanted from the beginning. If we found something that we really liked at Ashley furniture we would probably get it but the man on the phone will be in the back of our mind if we ever have a problem again.

We bought a loft bed and sofa set the weekend before black Friday. When I looked at the adds for the black Friday sales a week later, I noticed the loft bed was on sale and the sofa was an additional 10% off from what we originally paid. Ashley/Morris offers to give you a rebate of the difference if you find it cheaper within 30 days. I called the store in Tri-County and eventually got connected to Lisa. She was extremely helpful and immediately credited my account the difference of the sale price on the loft bed and let me know that she would need to speak to someone about the discount on the sofa set. She called us back later that evening and told us that we could also get the 10% discount on the sofa as well. In the end they saved us over $400. She quickly sent us the new paperwork to sign and even included a self addressed stamped envelope to send back. This is outstanding customer service and I don't say that very often!

They delivered the product and when I found some finger marks, which was caused was manufacturing. I called them immediately and then they had the same replaced for me. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

The bed frame was a good value and the delivery service was very professional. The bed was delivered promptly and put together quickly. The crew was friendly and even put the mattress on the frame for us.

I had a very good experience with them. The sales personnel was very helpful and they had a wide variety of available furniture. When we had a little problem with the piece of furniture they took care of the problem right away.
