Description of Work: He made two frames that fit outside two bookcases. They did not fit properly and he couldn't get the color right. The first time he inserted the frame, he save way too much off the frame. He told me I should just put some caulk around it. I told him he had to fix it. He charged us for the extra material caused by his mistake. My wife paid him, so I didnt know that he overcharged us. Not a the kind of person I want working on my house.
