Alluring Glass Shower Doors

We were at the very end of our bathroom remodel, and due to some miscommunication with our other workers, found ourselves with a completed bathroom but for the glass doors. We had been living out of our guest room for two months and desparately wanted our project to be completed. We initially had another company come out, measure, and give us a quote. We said okay, stressed to them our level of urgency, and thought that we were on our way to getting our door ordered. Instead, five days later, we were called and asked if we still wanted to proceed because I hadn't signed and returned an invoice that they had e-mailed me, which I thought was simply a receipt of what we had already discussed. I called Alluring Glass Shower Doors based on Angie's List recommendations. I spoke with Jerry (? I think) on the telephone on a Tuesday morning, my day off, and he said he would try to get one of his guys out to measure that afternoon if he could work it out between existing appointments; otherwise, we had an appointment for the following morning. I was running errands and got a call that they were on their way. I had just discovered that my car battery was dead, and I told him that I wasn't sure I'd be able to make it. They actually offered to come jump my battery for me! I did, however, get my battery jumped and met them at the house. The two guys who showed up were polite, well-spoken, and looked like Ivy league college kids. They measured the space, showed me how one of the shower walls that would be supporting a glass panel was not completely flush, assured me that this was not unusual, and that he could compensate for it. The door and glass panels came in within the two weeks they quoted, were well installed, and look terrific.

Jerry was recommended by the contractor who was remodeling the bathroom. If only Jerry & his minions could have DONE the whole remodeling job for me! The shower enclosure is far & away the most amazing part of the new bathroom. Alluring Glass was punctual, courteous, attentive to detail, efficient, professional, had exceptional craftsmanship? and they also had the best price of the 5 contractors I contacted. There's a reason their reviews are sterling. They set a new standard for every contractor I'll ever use henceforth.

I received a recommendation to Alluring Glass from Dan Crable of Crable Tile Services. Since Dan was such a great craftsman I decided to contact Alluring Glass. I spoke with Jerry Beerman, who I believe owns Alluring Glass. I gave him the dimensions of our shower and he sent us an estimate that was very close to the final cost. (Our cost was a little greater because our showers not square.) Jerry had Jeff come to our house and measured for the glass. After that we received a final cost which we accepted and the door was ordered. Our door was ready before we were due to our schedule. Jerry was in contact with us to ensure that the installation was going as scheduled. I informed him that the delay was due to our schedule and not their installation crew. Mark and his co-worker (I didn't catch his name) arrived on time and installed the door. Everything looks great! Everyone we encountered was professional and respectful of us and our home. I believe they are a very good company to do business with.

I contacted Alluring Glass in July to quote on a glass shower door. I looked at three companies and contacted two. I told Jerry Beerman at Alluring Glass what I was looking for, and he was able to show me some examples quickly to confirm. He gave me an estimate and sent someone out to measure. The actual cost was slightly above Jerry's original, but a negligible difference. We scheduled installation within a couple of weeks of my initial contact. The installation went great. They were quick and professional. Shortly after, we noticed a lot of water was ending up outside of the shower. Long, long story short: We had to have the glass removed, replace the curb top and have the glass reinstalled. Jerry was terrific through the ordeal. The water problem was no fault of Alluring Glass, but they removed and reinstalled the glass at no cost. Now, it's awesome! I am so appreciative of the work Jerry and his crew completed, and I love my shower door.

Initial calls to Jerry were returned promptly and found closest rep to me to work with. Set time and date to measure and rep was there on time. Were given quote and sent diagram of work to be performed and date of installation. Came as promised for installation but glass was not cut to specifications. Were told it would be another week before work completed. This group of guys were remarkable after that. Jeff and crew went the extra mile to work around our schedule to complete work as quickly as possible and worked late evening to complete. They came and completed the job and then did follow up e-mails to make sure we were totally happy with the work - and we were! Thanks again for working with us to correct an unfortunate situation. Would recommend them to anyone needing glass installed.

Alluring Glass installed a beautiful sliding glass shower enclosure in our guest bathroom. I dealt with 4 different people during my experience and each was 100% professional and courteous. Their price were about 2/3 the price of the other quote I got. Could not be more pleased.

They helped clean up all the glass from the old door that had shattered everywhere. They gave me a quote, and I accepted. Then he came out, installed it, and it looks great! They were so efficient, and punctual. They were great. They were nice.

When faced with a huge and quite unexpected project of renovating our master bath, we relied on a referral to Alluring Glass by our Tiler when it came time to replace our shower enclosure. We were also on a near-impossible deadline. Jerry gave us a very reasonable and affordable estimate (which was only $70 off the actual price) within hours; a picture of the expected finished project; and a guarantee that he would do everything he could to help us reach our deadline. He bent over backwards as he continually communicated with me to get the job done on time. The service crew showed up right on time when measuring the shower and when it came time to install... they were clean, courteous and most professional. The finished product (which came ON deadline) was delightful! The workmanship is superb! I couldn't have imagined such a beautiful result! It went great! These guys are the real pros who aren't out to gauge out your eyes with their prices...their prices are fair, less than all the competition, but their work show real craftsmanship. We are so happy with our shower and the cost wasn't painful. They are timely, professional, and honest. They were also very helpful in helping us finalize the details, such as selecting the finishings (hinge style, handle style, towel bar, etc.) Please note that I obtained 3 estimates as I do for every job and these guys not only came first in price, but also in service. Would recommend and use again.

This company was very responsive, professional, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They listened intently and proformed the job quickly and neatly.They put on booties to keep my shower clean while they did the work and cleaned up after themselves. They did what they said they would do and payment was a breeze with their hand held devices.

I really appreciated the ease with which I was able to obtain a quote. As I'm very busy, it was extremely convenient to be able to send over measurements and photos and obtain an estimate. Pricing was very competitive, and the installers were quick, clean and very thorough. I had a custom shower door installed by Home Depot services about 3 years ago. A few weeks back the door would not shut. Home Depot did not want to admit that the company hired 3 years ago did a poor job. Alluring Glass responded back to my email almost immediately. I took pictures of the door and the issues and sent over email. Jerry contacted me almost immediately to schedule someone to come out to take a peak. Chris was pleasant and happy enough to come by at 7am to inspect the shower door even though it was outside of normal hours. He was here for only 20 minutes had knew how to fix the door. That night we had the parts ordered and within 2 weeks my shower door has been repaired. It is better than new. I would hire these guys for any glass/mirror issue in our house from now on.

Jerry had exceptional customer service. He provided me with photos of other shower replacements similar to ours and allowed me to send him pictures of our shower to give him an idea of the work that needed to be done. He was always prompt and courteous in all communication. We had several bids on the work for both a new framed shower and frameless as well. Alluring Glass' bid on the frameless was less than than others' bids on the lower end framed so it was an easy choice to go with Alluring Glass. Because their bid was so low, I was a bit nervous, but I have been BEYOND THRILLED with the work they did (even now over six months later). Our shower is gorgeous and it is more than I imagined we could get for what we were willing to spend. I would not hesitate to recommend Alluring Glass to anyone.

I contracted Alluring Glass in February based upon reviews on Angie's List. I was just getting started on a bathroom remodel and wanted to get an idea of what prices were and what was available. The owner, Jerry Beerman, kept in contact with me periodically, and I would send photos of the project along the way. It is a slow process when you are a DIY tiler. Once I was ready for glass, Jeff Barbour came to my house, took measurements, and made suggestions. Within two weeks, Mark Schlute schedule the installation and completed in an hour. Something that never happens...I asked if I would be at the front end of a 9-11 am install. Mark arrived at 8:35 am. This allowed me to get to work much earlier than anticipated. Jerry Beerman, Jeff Barbour, and Mark Schlute of Alluring Glass were outstanding and professional. Responsive in communication and prompt in appointments. Jerry certainly has the right approach to running a business. I will recommend Alluring Glass to all my friends. Thanks again! The shower looks great!

They did an excellent job; from the beginning when I talked with Mr. Beerman on the phone, to the installation. He did an estimate without being in the home and it was only off by $100, which I don't consider bad, at all. It was a good experience all around with them. The gentleman who came and actually did the installation was very clean; he did not leave a mess. It was a custom job and they were really good.

(NOTE: This review is later than I would have liked due to a relocation and job change, which didn't allow me the opportunity to complete the review more timely. It in no way is a reflection upon the work that Alluring Glass provided as we were very pleased with the entire process and especially the finished product.) We were provided the name of Alluring Glass by the company which we purchased our bathroom vanity from. It turns out, Alluing Glass was also the name of the company recommended by the individual who completed our tile work. I contacted a number of glass shower door companies in our search, but with that first call, I was very impressed with the professionalism of Alluring Glass, and especially Mr. Beerman. During the first phone call, we discussed general issues and Mr. Beerman explained the process that Alluring Glass employs when doing an installation. During that call, I was provided preliminary estimates for the project, which I was able to use in evaluating and making a decision on whom to employ. As our tile project neared completion, we made the decision to have Alluring Glass visit the home and do the measurements and initial consultation. The technician Jeff (don't recall his last name) was very professional and made a phone call prior to his arrival, assuring us that he would be there for the initial meeting. The vanity had just been installed that day and was a crucial part of the design, due to the proximity to the shower surround. Unfortunately, we were under some time constraints that day, but Jeff was very understanding and discussed the various different options, then took his measurements and advised that they would be in contact. Early the next week, Mr. Beerman contacted me with design options and pricing, at which time we made the decision to proceed with Alluring Glass. Throughout the process, Mr. Beerman was very responsive and kept us informed. Several decisions had to be made prior to the installation and those issues were effectively communicated to us so we could make educated decisions. During the time while we awaited the arrival of the shower surround and door, we made the decision to put our home on the market. This added a complexity to the timing, but Mr. Beerman was very understanding and accommodating of our schedule. In fact, he was more than happy to schedule the installation on the 4th of July. The two technicians who performed the installation were extremely professional and very conscientious. I am a stickler for neatness and given the amount of time, work and money that had gone into our bathroom remodel, it was nice to find two individuals who were so understanding and careful to ensure that they left no trace of having done the installation. They were right on time and performed the work very efficiently. Needless to say, I was very impressed with these two individuals. The final installation was completed approximately two days later, again, with the technician right on time and very conscientious. The entire process was handled very well by all members of Alluring Glass. And, the finished product was an excellent piece of workmanship and truly made the master bath a selling point of our home. It was very refreshing to find such an outstanding company as Alluring Glass and we would highly recommend them.

The individual proivding the quote and the installers were prompt and professional. All company representatives were responsive. The installation went much quicker than expected. The glass shower walls and door look good.

We are very satisfied with everything from beginning to end. Jerry Beerman has contacted us a couple of times to make sure everything is as we wanted it. I have no doubt that if there was a problem, Mr. Beerman would have someone out here as soon as possible to make it right. It is such a pleasent experience to have something done right the first time.

Spoke to Jerry and he had someone come out to take measurements of our shower opening. He then gave me several options and emailed me the pictures. We talked about the door opening options and he gave me great suggestions. The team that came out was prompt and professional. Jerry called to check on my satisfaction with the job after it was complete. The door is beautiful and I would highly recommend Alluring Glass to friends and family.

The glass looks AWESOME! I just stood there and said, Wow. (pause) Wow. (pause) Wow. (pause) Wow. The door is the crowning jewel on our new shower. I just stand back and admire. As for working with Alluring Glass, I liked everything about the experience. Jerry's expertise was invaluable to us. He and Jeff patiently explained everything and answered all of our questions (and we are notorious for having LOTS of questions). Chris, the installer, was one of the most detail oriented people on the planet. Not only did he perform a perfect installation, he did it while answering even more QUESTIONS. I can't think of anything that needs to be improved. Everything went off without a hitch, the installation was even performed sooner than we expected. I definitely recommend Alluring Glass and already have done so to others.

Our new glass shower doors look beautiful. They are a great improvement to our bathroom. Alluring Glass offers old-fashioned, outstanding customer service. All appointments were kept, phone call returned promptly, and everyone (Jerry, Jeff, Mark) was courteous and focused on our satifaction. Jerry really went above and beyond to make sure we are happy customers. We're also appreciative of Jerry's good advice on the selection of hardware on our bypass doors to make them easy to clean, as well as the cleaning information on the website. The doors have been installed for a few weeks now and we enjoy using the squeegee and looking through clean, clear glass. We are so glad we hired Alluring Glass for their professional installation. It turned out there was a lot of work and precision to it which we would not have wanted to trust to anyone not specializing in shower enclosures. Mark did a great job of tearing out our old doosr with no resulting damage in the bathroom whatsoever. He installed the new doors perfectly and they operate well. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the materials.

I bought a new home and the builder recommended a co. that installed the other fixtures. I contacted this co. and received a very negative first impression so I called again and obtained the same level of run around. I then searched Angie's list to find another vendor and Alluring Glass had good marks so I contacted them and I'm glad I did. The service was spot on from the first interaction with Jerry (owner) at A.G. We communicated via email where I showed Jerry what type of showers I was interested in and then compared pictures of my bathroom to the picture I wanted it to look like. He was able to provide a rough estimate which saved me a lot of time. I chose Alluring Glass based upon their product knowledge and ability to talk straight about the pro's and con's of my project. Jerry isn't going to sell you something that isn't going to work. I felt his honesty, professionalism, and product knowledge were superior to other companies in the area and would use him again.

It was a positive experience. We are still considering them for the job.
