I got quotes from 3 companies and all three were very close in price and all seemed like good choices. I went with Alluring Glass due to being recommended by my tile guy. They did a great job and I am happy with my new shower. What really stood out to me was the companies' interaction with the customer. From getting an estimate, to getting the shower measured, to having it installed, to a follow up email asking for feedback, I felt like they were very professional and really focused on customer satisfaction. Although I was in contact with 4 or 5 different people throughout the steps in the process, everyone was very prompt and in touch with my project. The turnaround time was extremely fast and completed even quicker than what was quoted. The finished shower looks great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alluring Glass in the future.

I contacted Alluring Glass to provide a clear shower door as part of a remodeling project. I asked for a rough estimate to see if they would fit my budget, and they were very accommodating. Their estimate was right on target to the actual invoice. I worked with Chris and he was patient while the other work was being completed before he could send the person out to measure. When the estimator arrived at our home, he was professional, neat and wore shoe covers while in the house. He explained our options and we were able to complete the contract that day. We expected the door to be completed in 2 weeks, however, the next week they called to say that the doors were ready. The installers came out, they were running a bit behind from another job, but called me to update me, and arrived earlier than the rescheduled time on the same day. Both of the installers were quick and precise. The doors look absolutely gorgeous and the glass is so clear, you forget it is there. We would definitely use them again!

They didn't charge me for the service call, they just charged me for the part. Everything went perfect.

The company was extremely prompt at making a house call to measure. The glass wall is perfect and it was installed right on schedule- about 1 week. The young men with whom we worked were meticulous, courteous, and made every effort to educate us on the the entire process. The first company, one that is well known in Cincinnati, wanted to sell a design that was easier to install, but would require us to step into the toilet to get into the shower! Save yourself the time and frustration and call Alluring Glass first.

Everything was great from the price quote to the measuring to the installation. We chose a frameless glass shower door with a fixed panel adjacent and brushed nickel hardware. The door swings in or out which we like. It complements the new tile and plumbing fixtures very nicely.

I did have an issue and they had no problem coming back and fixing it. They were able to fix it right away.

We found Alluring Glass on Angie's List, and based on the reviews, contacted them through their website about replacing our 20 year old brass framed shower door. We were especially interested in the option of sending them a photo of our current door, along with measurements, and getting a ball park quote. We were contacted within a couple hours by email by Jerry. Within a couple days, and a few emails, we had a very accurate estimate that was less than half of a quote we had received from Lowe's. An appointment for an official measure was made, and Jeff came out, right at the scheduled time, and confirmed the ball park estimate was right on the mark. He said the door would be ordered, and installation complete within two weeks. We received a call to schedule our installation, and the installation team came out today, right in the two week time frame we were told. The guys were very professional, and had our beautiful new shower door installed in just over an hour. Not only do we love the quality of our new shower door, but appreciated the promptness and professionalism that everyone we came in contact with at Alluring Glass showed us. We were made to feel like our business was important to them.

Glass door was for a remodeled bathroom in our finished attic. Do to the shape of the ceiling, it cost more than a normal shaped shower door would have cost but they were competitive when I compared their price to other companies. The contractors were extremely professional and thorough. They also returned phones promptly when ever I had a question. Local company, great service, and competitive prices. Highly recommend!

Everything was very good. Compared to the other companies I called, they were able to work out a solution for me in a timely manner. They did a good job fixing it and warrantied the work as well.

Getting the bid was a bit more time consuming than I thought it was going to be. But the result is amazing. The photos don't do it justice I had two glass side panels and a shower door installed. The hardware is top notch. The crew who did the install was on time and their work was flawless. Alluring Glass is a positive example of the axiom: you get what you pay for. I still don't know why glass is so expensive. Maybe if I ever need to change jobs I'll have a look at the shower glass install trade.

Mark and Dakota installed the showers. They look great. Very professional and polite. They did the job in exactly the time they said it would take and everything was left clean. You won't find two better people to work in your house. Overall, very happy with how the process went and how good it looks.

They were fantastic. I had thought I needed a more expensive solution but when the team drove up from Cincinnati and were at the house, they determined I did not need the repair I thought and they were able to repair the issues at 1/4 of the cost.

Alluring did a fantastic job...they were incredibly responsive from start to finish. We first contacted them in mid-January and they had someone out to measure and estimate within the week. We signed off on the estimate on 1/29 and it was installed about a week later. Very professional installers; the installation went smoothly and the door looks terrific. Subsequently, the rest of the bathroom project was completed, including new shower heads. When we finally were able to use the shower, we had a little water escaping from between the door and fixed panel (because of double shower heads); installers returned more than once (promptly and at no charge) to make sure the leaking was resolved by adding something like clear weather seal between the door and panel and a clear plastic lip along our shower sill. It solved the problem and we are VERY happy with the result. Alluring gets an A+ in our book.

Installation and glass shower system looked great and are working great for us. Their price is several hundred dollars cheaper than other competitors.

Our general contractor apparently did not communicate properly with Jerry at Alluring Glass. The installed shower glass walls were perfect but the door was not per the contract we had with our general contractor. Jerry replaced the door without complaint at no cost to us. Subsequently we chipped the side of one of the glass panels (hard to do). Jerry's guys came out and fixed the chip immediately. Jerry and his guys at Alluring Glass were TOP-NOTCH all the way. They wore booties every time they came out to the house. Very professional, courteous. You can tell Jerry, and all his guys at Alluring Glass, live the motto, "customer satisfaction first." Use Alluring Glass - you will be more than satisfied with the product and the process !

Chris, ordered my new pulls and upon their arrival called and set up the appointment. Called on morning of installation in AM, arrived on time and set up. He removed each glass door, drilled the holes and installed the new knobs then replaced the doors and re-checked the installation and cleaned his work space up. Asked me to approve the installation - which I did. All went well. CHRIS is a fine young man, well spoken, clean, with an endearing personality. He has installed two new large glass shower units in the last several months, moved one large mirror to over our fireplace, cut down an existing mirror on site, and installed it in the guest bathroom. Also installed a new, very large glass mirror in our new master bath room.. Had Chris measure for new shelves in our dining room and a corner glass shelving unit. He is gathering the information and choices for these new installations.
