AllPro Technologies has extensive knowledge on desktops, laptops, servers, and Mac’s. We have a Cincinnati location for drop off service, as well as an active mobile division for commercial and residential on-site service. Our primary focus is on residential and small business customers. We provide all types of computer repair and networking services. Everything from virus and spyware removal to exchange email hosting. We repair laptop power jacks, LCD screens, bulbs, inverters, and replace motherboards. We perform repairs on Mac’s- both software and hardware. We also do secure document shredding, drop-off and onsite. Serving the area since 2002, AllPro Technologies is the one call to make to keep your systems running smooth and efficiently, so you can focus on your business. They have found a lot of damage caused by another computer company to my customized laptop. It's an XPS701L Dell, and parts of it cannot be replaced. They've been outstanding in helping me to repair what they can. The customer service has been excellent. They just do things right.

Overall, the repair was done and the computer works. It took too long and they did not do a good job of keeping me posted on progress.
I was scared to think after spending $360.00 I would need to pay (up to $200) for a virsus removal. But very glad I fixed it at home.
In the end, I wish they did more for as much as I paid, especially with regard to the virus program.

My son was returning to college in one week and needed the repair done quickly. He went to one of the big box stores and they told him the part would take 10-14 days to order, and cost $200-300. I looked on Angies List and saw this repair service, and told my son to try them. He went on one day; they called him the next day and quoted him a price, and said it might take a couple of days if they didn't have the correct screen in stock. They called him the next day, and said they had his laptop done, and apologized because the price was $10 over the quote. The repair person said they had a screen in stock which was a better grade, and since my son needed the computer, he used it. My son was very happy to pay the extra $10.00. He said the screen was better than the original.

I spent under a $100 on that service. They were prompt and courteous. They offered the back-up to me, which I wouldn?t have thought of. They were reasonably priced and are very close to my home. They were top and the work was done when they said it would be and they called me right away. They also called me if they had any questions and did not wait.

The overall service was very good. They did the job in a very timely fashion. They did a good job. I was pleased with their services. They knew what the problem was and took care of it. In fact, they had it ready sooner than I had expected. I never got any other prices to compare, but I felt that their price was very reasonable. They were very professional. If need be, then I would use their services again.

Last time I called them when my laptop did not start one morning. I called, got an estimate for repair and data back up, brought my laptop in and let it there. Next day they called me and outlined the problem, which was a bad motherboard. They backed up my data on DVDs and returned my hard drive, as I requested. An estimate was correct. I had to buy new laptop, but I managed to keep my personal and business data. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

My experience with them was fine. They fixed the problem and they were prompt in their service. They were a little expensive but they were probably about the same as everyone else.

They are punctual and reasonably priced. But on the initial service call he didn't have the materials to increase the memory so he had to make a second trip out for about an additional $45 which could have been avoided if he had the proper parts in the first place. They are the only company I have used for these services, so I don't have anything to compare them to as far as price goes.

I brought my CPU to the store approximately. 11:30AM on a Saturday and was able to pick it up before 2:30PM the same day. All the "big box" stores I'd previously called insisted on at least 2-3 weekdays for completion and their prices, for both materials and service, were much higher. Not only did I get exactly the service I needed, but the very friendly technician gave me the website location for a free word processing program that I've since downloaded with great results. Overall a very positive experience, especially the super-fast turn-around time.

This was the third firm to which I had taken my computer for updating. This was the only company that recognized that I had inadequate RAM, and needed to increase. Prior two companies had not noted this, nor did either load SP2, which was one of my major concerns. Their prices, knowledge and service, are outstanding.

I took my processor about 6:00 pm on 8/22/06 and picked it up after lunch on 8/23/06. They showed me the new hard drive with the data on it. However, when I got home, I discovered they had not deleted the data from the old hard drive, which I kept as a secondary drive. I had to take it back to have that done. He initially told me I would have to drop it off and pick it up later, but when I arrived, he said he would do it while I waited. Unfortunately, it didn't go very quickly. I spent time I didn't have to spare waiting. I did notice that the interior of the processor had not been cleaned of dust. On the plus side, he did answer all of my questions and offered some ideas for me to try. The price did include a ten dollar off coupon since I was an Angie's List subscriber.

FAST, FAST, FAST! MY COMPUTER "POPPED" ONE DAY AND QUIT. IT WAS FAIRLY NEW, BUT SINCE I HAD RECENTLY RELOCATED FROM OUT OF STATE, I COULDN'T TAKE IT BACK TO WHERE I HAD IT BUILT. I TOOK IT IN AT 10 AM AND HAD IT BACK IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS! THE PART WAS APPROX $50 AND THEY CHARGED $14 TO INSTALL. THE IRONY IS THAT BECAUSE MY COMPUTER QUIT, I COULDN'T CHECK OUT THE LIST ON ANGIE'S LIST, SO GUESS I LUCKED OUT WHEN I CHOSE THIS COMPANY OUT OF THE PHONE BOOK!

INITIAL ESTIMATE WAS LOWER THAN EXPECTED. COST IS PER HOUR. CHARGED A $45 TRAVEL CHARGE. WASN'T EXPECTING TRAVEL CHARGE.

"CUSTOM-PC DOES NOT CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE. I HAVE SEARCHED OUR RECORDS AND CANNOT FIND THIS CUSTOMER IN THE SYSTEM. YOU MAY HAVE HAD SERVICE BY ANOTHER COMPANY WITH A SIMULAR NAME. WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU AS A CUSTOMER. CUSTOM-PC CHARGES $89 PER HOUR FOR THE FIRST HOUR AND BY MINUTE THEREAFTER. IF ONE OF OUR TECHS DID IN FACT CHARGE YOU A TRAVEL FEE, FAX THE INVOICE TO US AND WE WILL REFUND THE TRAVEL CHARGE."

COMPETENT. POLITE. WHEN MY EMAIL PROVIDER WOULD NOT DOWNLOAD THE ANTI-VIRUS UPDATES, HE CHECKED WITH THE ANTI-VIRUS COMPANY AND TRIED TO CHECK WITH MY PROVIDER (WHO DID NOT RESPOND TO HIM OR TO ME). FINALLY, HE FOUND A WAY FOR ME TO DOWNLOAD THE UPDATES DIRECTLY FROM THE ANTI-VIRUS WEBSITE. HE DID ALL THIS FOLLOW-UP WORK WITHOUT CHARGE.
