All About Tile has been fulfilling the remodeling needs the Greater Cincinnati area for over 30 years. Owner Tom Moore and his partner will personally be on site throughout the entire project to meet any of the needs or questions you may have. They will take your project from design, to demolition to the completed room of your dreams. We will work with schedule to meet with you and to discuss your projects 7 days week, day or evening.

Work was not performed. They responded to my request for an estimate within a reasonable amount of time. Provided an estimate and was pleasant and enthusiastic. I had to postpone a few months and informed them of my delay. I contacted them via email that I was ready to proceed and asked to discuss remodel dates for my bathroom. I was told I would be called on May 5, 2017 at 5 pm. To this date, 6/30/17, I have not received a return call.

Gavin and team were very professional from start to finish. All About Tile was very responsive from bidding the process to completion. Gavin was accurate in his findings and his concerns for my shower were warranted. I would hire All About Tile again in the future.

Tom was one of four bids but the only one who had plenty of ideas to get what I wanted done in the best possible way. The others were on auto pilot and one even said no to an idea. Tom and his crew - always punctual and always available for questions - got it done and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Gavin and his team turned our mess of a house into a beautiful home. We now have a gorgeous kitchen and two lovely bathrooms, plus he fixed several smaller issues like patching old plaster and replacing beat up window trim and floor baseboards.

All About Tile does BEAUTIFUL work!! From my first consultation with Tom Moore, who was punctual, professional, and proficient, not to mention just an all-around charming fellow, through to the finished project, completed by Gavin and his EXCELLENT team, my experience with All About Tile was the best!! Tom answered all my questions and gave me really good advice to help in making my choices. The estimates for time and cost were spot on--in fact, they were able to finish a bit sooner, which really helped. They provide top-notch quality and value at a reasonable cost. I have received so many compliments on the floor--Gavin has a wonderful eye for color and he placed the tile, using the color variations, so well that people don't believe it's tile since it looks like oak hardwood. I recommend them most highly and will be having them do the tile on the main floor of my condo as well.

Gavin and his crew of two were great to work with. I met with Gavin several times before the work commenced, in order to plan and to pick out materials. He recommended several places that could save us money on things like tile and cabinets.

Gavin was easy to contact and was very quick in responding either by email, text, and phone.  He was very patient with all my questions and queries. He welcomed my suggestions and offered his own as well. He checked with me before doing anything that required my opinion, as he knew I was really picky. They had to custom fit the farmhouse sink we selected and it looks wonderful.  He and his crew worked hard for a month to get the job completed. Not only did they work hard, they were always very upbeat and friendly. Also want to add they were very trustworthy and we felt comfortable having them work on things while we were at work. We are very happy with our amazing new kitchen! The tile work is beautiful. Thanks Gavin and crew!!!

Rick and Kenny worked for three and a half days and their work is excellent. My bathrooms have never looked better. They went the extra mile, were punctual and very professional. I would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise. They were meticulous in their work and cleaned up beautifully as they finished each job.

This is the second time I've used Tom for a job - the first time was for our Master and this time was for our little bathroom upstairs which was ugly pink tile.  Tom and Brian completed the job in 5 short days and went above and beyond to even paint the walls which was out of scope.  Tom is a perfectionist who carefully inspects each tile and makes sure that the job looks beautiful - like it was his own home.  When the vanity was slightly off since the wall wasn't level, he made sure that it looked square by adjusting.  Tom takes great pride in his work at a great price and I wouldn't even think of using a different service for tile work in my next house when we move this summer.

Tom remodeled a powder room in a turn of the century home owned by our church.  He and his crew did an excellent job in completing the work.  He was very knowledgeable of the materials used in a 120 yr old home, especially with regard to the existing terrazzo floor and was able to retile over that.  He was prompt and respectful of the property and completed the job in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend this company

Tom returned my call promptly.  However, after providing a brief explanation of the job did not ask any clarifying questions and proceeded to tell me that they were all booked up.  He then commented that we were located in Middletown (greater Cincinnati area) and asked where exactly in Middletown we were located.  This question kind of threw me - explained we were not to far from Middletown high school and then he stated that they do not come down this far.  Apparently Middletown is not in their service area. Was kinda surprised at response.  Suggest they more clearly specify their service area for future customers.  Will have work done elsewhere- am guessing actual work will be in $1,000 - $2,000 range.  Perhaps was not large enough job for them to consider.  Don't know.

Fantastic job by Tom Moore with All About Tile. Tom is very conscientious and makes sure the job is done right. He and his partner Brian made sure the tile layout was correct and consulted with us every step of the way. Tom and his crew were with us for multiple weeks completing the kitchen backsplash, powder room, hall bath and master bath. They could not have been more hard working or courteous. Work area always cleaned up every night. There is nothing Tom cannot do! He takes a lot of pride in his work. We have a gorgeous hall bath and master bath. Beautiful job in every way! A+++++++++++++

Tom was very nice to work with.  He was professional and helpful with ideas.   He and his associate were on time, very tidy and communicated daily on progress.  The job was completed within the time frame that was specified.  A sense of pride in work showed.  There was one issue after the job was completed.  Tom came by and resolved the issue the same day I called him.  Can not ask for more than that.  It was a good remodeling experience all around.  We are planning to hire them again in near future.

For the record, my wife and I are a disabled senior couple. Neither of Us have ever written a review. We are both level headed retirees from the aerospace industry. This company consists of three brothers who do bathroom and kitichen remodeling in Cincinnati, Ohio. We picked them from three in-home estimates. This company, represented by Tom Moore (one of the three brothers) was well on the way to getting our business with a high review. But something happen. I am not sure what or why. And this falls into the category of "I don't care why". Hense no attempt to contact the company. Long story short, they gave a verbal assurance the bath remodel job would not exceed $8,000. And they were able to start in about 2-3weeks. When Tom brought the contract to the house to sign, it was for >$10,000. He also informed Us they could not start untill after the new year (2016). Ok not looking good so far. But then Mr. Moore went to a place a proffessional should never ever go with a customer. When leaving the house he pointed to someone walking up our street on the opposite side of the road. The person (who I could not see their face to identify) appeared to be a young tall boy of color wearing a hoody. It was a cool raining windy day. The boys' hood was up. Tom remarked he would never live where "something like that" was walking past his house because he had two teenage daughters! My wife is colored. Enough said?

This work was done exclusively by Dan Moore of All About Tile.  Dan was polite and prompt in returning our calls to make arrangements for work, and did call us when he would be delayed from a scheduled time.  He prepared a detailed list of exactly what he would do as the components of our project, something that other bidders did not bother with.  We were amazed that he could do all the steps in our updating by himself.  He took great pride in his work, and frequently checked with us to verify that we were happy with progress on the work as it was completed.  When our original choice of tub/shower fixtures was unavailable due to code changes, he quickly altered his plumbing plans to install the new fixtures.  Dan took precautions to avoid scattering the dust of demolition through the house, and cleaned up nicely from day to day.  The new tub/shower area he put in for us was beautiful, one we were proud to show off when our daughter came home for Christmas.  We were thrilled to have our downstairs shower area cleaned up so neatly after 25 years of wear and tear.  If Dan saw some extra small thing that needed to be done to make the area better improved, he checked with us and got it done!  Dan was friendly and personable, and almost became a member of the family:  we ended up making coffee for him day-to-day.  The work was completed in exactly the time he had estimated for us, and--when there was a delay in getting tub fixtures from a supplier--had everything ready for installation and came promptly back to us after starting another job, in order to finish our project.  All was done and in good working order well before Christmas.

First off, Rick and Tom were both very quick to respond and were on time when they said they would be which is very important to me. Secondly, the tile work Rick did was excellent. He did the work exactly as he said he would and did not leave even a trace of a mess. They guys did a great job overall and I will use them again on my next project.
