Bob was simply great. Had a leak in my Kitchen faucet, so he made sure he reached out to the manufacturer who sent the parts for free since it was covered and once he got the part , scheduled a time and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. he is my go to man for any plumbing work as he knows what needs to be done and does so very efficiently.

We had a problem not only with water pressure and but with trying to get a old shower head off. He used several different tools but finally got it off. It was stuck as if someone used gorilla/super glue. He was very professional and gave me several recommendations on other products I might consider. I like his work very much. He wasn't a pushy sales person. I will be calling him back for furture plumbing needs

Mr. Schmidt was very prompt in coming to my home. He was knowledgeable, experienced, personable, honest and thorough. He solved the drain problem in my bathroom quickly and was very reasonable in his charge for service. Bob was so easy to talk to. He was so good at explaining things so I even understood. Called this morning and he came out the same day. As of now I can do laundry and not have to worry about flooding from my washer. I will sleep tonight. I will have him back in a couple of months to do another project for me. Thanks Bob! Our sump pump failed, and the whole basement flooded. Robert was prompt, and replaced the sump pump along with a battery backup. He is professional, honest, friendly, and reasonably priced. He answered all our questions, and made recommendations for our situation. I was very happy with his service, and will definitely call him for my future needs!
