In business since 1994 A-Pro Home Inspection Services has been providing Top Quality inspections for over 20 years. A husband and wife team, Matt and Donna Schumacher opened our first franchise in the Cincinnati area. This is a family run business where you will work directly with ownership.

"I apologize that you felt your were rushed and did not receive the service we pride ourselves on. We prefer to go through the whole house and do our 500 point checklist before we take the buyer on a tour of the property. This allows the inspector to be thorough with the home inspection. We ask the home inspector to let the client know in advance so I am sorry if that was not communicated to you beforehand. We run the water for 45 to 60 minutes so we are able to find any leaks especially in homes that have been vacant. Please follow the guarantee instructions to report a claim. Please understand that a home inspection is a visual inspection, no destructive testing or dismantling of the building components is performed. Your home inspection report stated that the attic was a major concern. The definition of a major concern as listed in your report is a severe condition that requires immediate attention or is uncommon for a building of this age or location and will likely involve significant expense. Looking at the report it states water damage and rot was observed in the attic. It is our recommendation that a licensed carpenter further investigate (dismantling is required) these areas. A home inspection is a visual inspection of a home at the time of the home inspection. Yes we send the home inspection report as a pdf to download within 24 hours of the inspection. And yes we print and bind the report into a book to be presented at the closing as a gift from your realtor."
