We just purchased an older home with lots of doors with locks.  Randy came and re-keyed them all.  One was a challenge but he got it done.

The locksmith(Randy) was very professional and knowledgeable. He went to work straight away and gave me an estimate before starting and the actual amount was within the estimate given. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a locksmith.

Very professional with a great customer focus. I purchased a lock elsewhere and had A B Locksmith re-key it. The price was very reasonable. I was able to drop it off and pick it up later since the type of lock I had took more time than a typical lock would. I will use this locksmith for all my future needs.

They were responsive, on time and completed the task well.  They also offered me the option of providing my own lock, or offering the price for one if they did.  Very happy with the work.

They less 10% by getting our e-mail address. We probably have them come back because he talked about on how he can change the lock system on the basement door and install a complete new lock system.

I had been sent a replacement part for my safe, but when I took the safe apart I wasn't able to correctly put it back together again.  The provider was not only able to put it back together, but they did so even though it appears I lost one of the parts during my attempt.  The technician was courteous and resourceful.

During the recent ice storm in Cincinnati, my only back door key broke off in the lock. Because of the row houses on Liberty Hill, a blocked back door meant that I had to climb more than 20 icy steps to use my front door. Naturally I wanted to get this problem fixed as quickly as possible.   Rich at AB Bonded Locksmiths suggested that I try to remove the key fragment from the lock.  As an alternative, he described how to remove the lock en bloc so that he could extract the key in the store.  The last option was to replace both locks on the back door (both opened with the same key) at a cost of more than $100. By following RIch's instructions I was able to remove the key fragment, and RIch made 3 new keys in the store. Total cost was $6.28. Had Rich not taken the time to discuss the problem, I would have spent more than $100 and lost work time for an unnecessary repair. AB Bonded Locksmiths definitely deserves their high rating on Angie's list.

They quoted about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and they arrived in 30 minutes.  They had the door opened within 10 minutes.  Great service, very polite and professional.

They were able to come the same day and finished all work quickly.

Grahm first tried to pick the door locks but was unable to because all the locks were so new. He was going to drill out a lock next but my husband found an open window and was able to get in before he had to do this.  We had Grahm make some extra keys for us while he was there. Even though we ended up getting in through a window, it was peace of mind knowing A B Bonded was able to come out so quickly.  Grahm was very professional and friendly and made a stressful situation bearable.  Thank you!

Fixed the front door -- we can now enter in the front to get groceries in , made small repair on our back door, and put a dead bolt on our utility room outside where the door is very secure, doesn't waver and the wind won't allow it to open up, Still gave me the 10 percent discount, even though I didn't have a coupon on my person at the time. Very professional in every way, only here for a short time, will use again

Our new home had 15 locks that needed to be rekeyed.  Tech showed up on time, gave me great advice on how to reduce 9 different keys to just 2, and even gave his personal recommendation on keypad locks (go with schlage!) for future reference.  I changed my mind a couple times as we discussed my options and he remained patient with me throughout the process. Was never pushy in selling some newfangled lock or hardware and mindful of my security.  Highly recommend.

They showed up on time and walked me through what they would be doing.  They replaced one lock and rekeyed 4 locks to the same key on a house we recently purchased.  They also cleaned up some of the lock plates so they would look more uniform and nice on the door.  I was please with the service.
