A-1 Concrete Leveling Cincinnati

Great experience with this company! Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I felt informed every step of the way. They were actually the second company we called to discuss the issue with, and I am so pleased we did. They saved us $300 on the solution as compared to what we were quoted by the other company. They were extremely responsive and would recommend their services to everyone.

Great work!  Great communication from start to finish.  Very nice people and workers from beginning to end.  Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

I actually didn't realize how bad the concrete had settled in one specific spot, but when it rained the front of the house next to driveway would flood. The cement had cracked in the area where the water pools. A1 concrete fixed this issue.  They leveled the concrete and filled the holes.  
I called and they were able to come out assess the area and leave an estimate in my door.  The day the work was to be done they completed everything except the patchwork since it began to rain.  They returned on the next sunny day to complete the work and the patchwork is excellent.  They were quick to get the work done, left me messages to keep me updated on progress.
Now I have a level walkway.  It completely changes the look of the house.  The patch work is barely noticeable and there was a large crack / break in the concrete.  They put the pieces back together nicely. I am very pleased with the work that was completed yesterday.  I can wait to use them again for other projects.

Service was great, pricing was great and the father and son came and did a great job. The patio is level. They did the work underneath the cement and pumped up the slab.

They did a good job. I'm very pleased.

Dan is a great guy, he came in 400.00 cheaper than another company we asked for a bid. He was great with communication, I prefer to communicate via email and he did.

Him and his son came out on time, did the work to our complete satisfaction, stuck around a little after just to talk and be sure we were satisfied.

I would recommend Dan to anyone and have.

Father (owner) gave the initial estimate. The son came back to do the work and only lifted six of the eight sections. Did not get them levelthe first time and I had to argue with the father to complete the job correctly. They have been back twice to fix a crack that keeps coming back bewteen the porch and the sidewalk (sidewalk continues to settle ~1/2 inch).

I do not recommend this contractor.

It was messy, it took all day, but it worked. Paul and his dad cleaned up everything and we couldn't believe the equipment they used really worked. We could see the floor raise up before our eyes. Now we are watching to make sure it doesn't sink --- they have a guarantee.

WAS ON TIME, AND PERFORMED WORK VERY QUICKLY.

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED FAIRLY WELL, BRINGING THE CONCRETE LEVEL BACK UP TO WHERE WE EXPECTED IT TO BE. HOWEVER, THEY CAUSED A FINE-LINE CRACK TO APPEAR IN THE DRIVEWAY. THEY ALSO CHIPPED SEVERAL PATIO PAVERS THAT COVERED THE REAR PATIO (CHIPPING OCCURRED WHEN THEY REMOVED SOME PRIOR TO LEVELING). THEY DID ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR DAMAGES AND ADJUSTED THE PRICE SLIGHTLY (I.E., $50).
