Brett did a great job with the mold clean up and the drywall. Very personable too. Took a little off his overall rating due to the fact that he does not paint so I'll have to.

We are still waiting for the mold report which was supposed to be emailed [more than a week ago]. I didn't think that there was a proper follow up [an abbreviated message was left on our answering machine]. When I called him to tell him that part of his message had been skipped, he didn't seem overly concerned. I would not hire this contractor in the future.
