Could not have asked for better service..Frank came and check our non working furnace . It was ordered and installed the day after day after I called ! I’m still in total amazement how accommodating and helpful Frank is! I will never do business with anyone else.. Reasonable, helpful and went out of his way... they were fast! Coming back Mon after Amerigas unlocks tank to light furnace and inspect since we had to wait for Amerigas who wouldn’t help and made us wait for a week!

At the first pass at installation - the wrong (smaller tonnage) A/C unit was brought to site.  This was discovered after I asked for verification of model number.  Installation was aborted at that time.  Approximately one week later the proper unit was obtained and installed.  Final installation of the proper A/C unit + plumbing + A-coil was performed professionally and neatly.  I am completely satisfied with the final installation.  
Advice for anyone installing a new A/C unit from ANY supplier.  Verify the product prior to installation.  Like Ronald Reagan said - "Trust but Verify".  
Advanced Services ongoing maintenance (A/C unit checkup springtime, and furnace checkup fall) has been excellent.  I was using them for ongoing checkups prior to purchasing the new A/C unit, and that was part of my decision-making process for selecting Advanced Services for the A/C unit.

I hired Advanced Services to install a generator I purchased from Norwall Power Systems. During the installation one of their techs broke a part in the control panel. Accidents happen but instead of taking responsibility for breaking the part the tech and his supervisor Frank, immediately started blaming Generac, saying that the issue was a a factory defect. Which it may have been, I wasn't there and didn't see exactly what happened. However, I believe based on what I saw after the fact that the tech simply over tightened a screw causing the piece to snap. Instead of ordering the part they broke and returning ASAP to complete the installation Frank decided to pursue the part through the warranty with Generac thereby saving Advanced money and Frank from having to explain what had happened and why to his boss. In the mean time I have a $5,000 piece of equipment sitting useless and unsecured in my landscape. Obviously this did not sit well with me so I spoke to Frank about it, voiced my displeasure and attempted to speed the process up by contacting Generac and Advanced's distributor to see if the part could be delivered any faster. However since Frank was the individual who had filed the warranty complaint I was unable to get any information. So I contacted Frank again attempting to get the information I needed to speed up this process, Frank refused to give me the information and instead of taking my very warranted criticism and doing what he could to making it right Frank got very defensive and rude. He went as far as telling me that he had "shown me courtesy" but now regretted doing so. We had these conversations via text and I still have every one. Frank is incredibly rude, immature, and lacks any semblance of professional courtesy. Frank alone gave me enough reason to never do business with Advanced Services again.

Easy to make an appointments. I had to re-schedule my appointment and that went smoothly as well. Once, I called about a problem and the tech was here within 1/2 hour. While he was here, without being asked, he assisted with another problem with the hot water tank when he overheard my daughter and I talking about it.
The receptionist is very friendly and nice to deal with. The tech was knowledgeable and punctual and easy to work with. His manager stopped by and was very professional and personable as well.

They did an excellent job. Answered all my questions. Very professional and courteous. They arrived when they said they were going to be here. The unit looks great a very detailed installation. When finished cleaned up the whole area with a shop vac. The unit also performs flawlessly.

My air conditioning unit went out on a Friday night after 9pm on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. I assumed I would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Desperate, I looked online for an A/C repair company in Chillicothe and picked Advanced Services, Inc. Less than an hour later a service technician showed up to fix my A/C unit. Turned out my capacitor needed to be replaced. The service technician had a capacitor in his truck, replaced the broken one and I had cool air again in less than an hour later! I couldn't have been more pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and expertise. The service technician even examined and answered questions about my house's radiators. I would definitely call them again if/when I have air conditioner or heater problems.
