Description of Work: They came to check my AC which hadn't been working, and I had also asked if they could fix a leaking kitchen faucet. I was a few minutes late getting home, so he checked the AC unit outside. When I arrived home he told me it was the fan motor that was broken, giving me approximately a $370 estimate to fix that, and what he was going to do to fix the faucet. He never turned the AC on from the inside to see how it was working when turned on. He then took apart the faucet, totally scratching it up and cracking half of the "moen" logo (or whatever you call it) off of it. By the next day, the faucet was leaking worse than ever, to the point where I had to shut the hot water valve off when I left for work. I called the next day and spoke to someone else, who offered to come out right then or they next morning - neither of which times worked for me so I offered to call me the following Monday to set something up. Well, I never heard back from them again.
