We called at 8:00am and he came to our house at 10:00am. He was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. He showed my husband what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He kept my husband informed of his progress. He cleaned up and was pleasant and polite. We will absolutely use their services again!

He is magnificent. He explains everything that needs to be done and will let you know if your appliance is not worth fixing. He had to order new parts and was able to get them in within a few days. He is courteous and on time.

Diagnoses were accurate and parts replacement (door latch, dishwasher motor/pump assembly and oven door springs) corrected all problems. Repairman was neat, courteous and on-time.

THE COMPANY WAS COURTEOUS AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY. THEY CAME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM SHORTLY AFTER WE CALLED TOO. WE WERE THINKING WE'D HAVE TO REPLACE THE WASHER, BUT HE WAS ABLE TO FIX IT.

TIMELY, COURTEOUS, TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS AND I FELT JOHN WAS HONEST. HE ASKED QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE FIRST TO SEE IF I COULD CORRECT THE PROBLEM MYSELF, AND THEN TOGETHER WE DECIDED HE NEEDED TO COME OUT. I HAD BEEN CONCERNED THAT I WOULD BE TOLD THAT I NEEDED A NEW DRYER BECAUSE I`VE HAD THAT EXPERIENCE BEFORE. HE ALSO CALLED THE EVENING HE RECEIVED MY PART TO TELL ME WHEN HE COULD COME BACK TO FINISH THE REPAIR. HE WAS ON TIME BOTH TIMES HE CAME.
