According to Chrysler, Junction Auto refused to cooperate and provide them with paperwork (to include photos) of my Jeep when it was published for sale (which would have shown the mismatched rim). I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office after the General Manager made several offers which would still penalized me financially for THEIR overlook. Junction Auto replied to my complaint with the Attorney General pretty much saying that the Jeep sustained the damaged once sold and off their lot and whoever did the work, did the bad work - and this reply was supposed from Mr. Ed Babcock. Ending the reply to the Attorney General, Mr. Babcock stated that he would reach out to me to discuss further things....a month later, I'm still waiting but won't be holding my breath. Service Department is neglectful - I originally took my Jeep in for service (13,000 miles)?cause of the loud road noise I was hearing coming from the rear of my Jeep. Junction had the Jeep for 2 days and couldn't find the issue but wanted me to spend $800 on new tires cause the right rear tire was significantly warped. I took my Jeep to Firestone after finding out my tires were still under warranty. Firestone found all the aforementioned?issues when they replaced the old tires with the new tires.? Junction Auto did immediately make good by replacing the mismatched rim with a matching rim. However when I took my Jeep in for the installation of the new rim, the Service rep was complaining about the male customer that had just dropped off his Jeep before mine. The Service rep was calling the male customer a "whiner". Talk about unprofessional. Last time I will TRUST a dealership believing that they're selling me a NEW vehicle with all the right equipment. Shame on your Junction Auto for taking ownership for selling me this Jeep! And if the control arm and tire/rim was replaced after I purchased this Jeep from Junction Auto, why would I be leaving negative feedback about my experience with Junction Auto?

The staff is awesome and I've known them for many years. I like that they're easy to use and we get preferential time slots because we've used them so long. You can get a good deal on a car from them.
