According to Chrysler, Junction Auto refused to cooperate and provide them with paperwork (to include photos) of my Jeep when it was published for sale (which would have shown the mismatched rim). I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office after the General Manager made several offers which would still penalized me financially for THEIR overlook. Junction Auto replied to my complaint with the Attorney General pretty much saying that the Jeep sustained the damaged once sold and off their lot and whoever did the work, did the bad work - and this reply was supposed from Mr. Ed Babcock. Ending the reply to the Attorney General, Mr. Babcock stated that he would reach out to me to discuss further things....a month later, I'm still waiting but won't be holding my breath. Service Department is neglectful - I originally took my Jeep in for service (13,000 miles)?cause of the loud road noise I was hearing coming from the rear of my Jeep. Junction had the Jeep for 2 days and couldn't find the issue but wanted me to spend $800 on new tires cause the right rear tire was significantly warped. I took my Jeep to Firestone after finding out my tires were still under warranty. Firestone found all the aforementioned?issues when they replaced the old tires with the new tires.? Junction Auto did immediately make good by replacing the mismatched rim with a matching rim. However when I took my Jeep in for the installation of the new rim, the Service rep was complaining about the male customer that had just dropped off his Jeep before mine. The Service rep was calling the male customer a "whiner". Talk about unprofessional. Last time I will TRUST a dealership believing that they're selling me a NEW vehicle with all the right equipment. Shame on your Junction Auto for taking ownership for selling me this Jeep! And if the control arm and tire/rim was replaced after I purchased this Jeep from Junction Auto, why would I be leaving negative feedback about my experience with Junction Auto?
Description of Work: Numerous vehicles has been purchased through Junction Auto since I have been driving (both by myself and family members). I purchased a New Jeep Cherokee. Car salesman was terrific - never an issue with the salesman. The service - on the other hand is different. Not only did Junction Auto sell me this New Jeep with a replaced control arm but also a smaller tire with a mismatched rim.? ?

Description of Work: Wait for service appointment was greater than a week. Vehicle was returned with grease on interior carpet, and had to return for repair to an additional part that previously was not broken. Dealership was kind and apologetic, and repairs were properly made, however my time was lost and I was inconvienced with the need for an additional appointment that shouldn't have been necessary.

The staff is awesome and I've known them for many years. I like that they're easy to use and we get preferential time slots because we've used them so long. You can get a good deal on a car from them.

Description of Work: This was the last of many service visits. This time they had to replace the rear tailgate window of a Dodge Caravan and repair the wiper for that window, plus some minor body work. Did a good job and everything has worked since. They do what they need to if there is a problem and do not charge if they find no problem.

Very well. Saleswoman was very knowledgeable and friendly. We took a test drive, she ran some numbers and we stayed in touch. She followed up, but was not pushy at all. Ultimately, I decided to wait on the purchase, but I would definitely purchase from them if and when I decided to buy the truck in the future.
Description of Work: I was in the market for a pickup truck at the time (glad I waited). I went to Junction and looked at trucks, and asked questions about trucks.

Junction GMC has really gone down hill over the past year. I purchased my vehicle new in 2004 and received great service at Junction from 2004-2006. However, since 2006 the service has gotten worse and worse. Sloppy work, damage to vehicle during repair, vehicle returned dirtier (inside) than when dropped off, simple repairs take far too long and the lack of professionalism no longer supports paying the cost of repair at Junction. The last straw was last week when after leaving my vehicle at Junction for a simple repair (tailgate latch) for 5 hours (estimated time for repair was 1 hour) no repair was performed and the vehicle was actually damaged. I took the vehicle to Classic GMC this week and it was fully repaired in just under 52 minutes.
Description of Work: Repair to GMC Sierra 1500.
