Chuck was very professional during the discussion and quoting process. Provided a detailed quote for all phases identified. He and his workers kept us abreast of scheduled start date which changed somewhat due to weather. I never had to call him; he called us. He and his workers were on time every day and worked diligently. There were no hidden costs and he was responsive to feedback. The yard is fabulous; even better than it looked in the computerized, colored design he provided! We will continue to use his services indefinitely.
