Arrived on time and tried to sell us a new toilet and other accessories.  Finally got around to the repair which consisted of pulling  the toilet and replacing the flange connection.  For this he charged almost $800.  This amounted to almost $200 an hour which I feel is excessive.  I would probably not  call them again.
