I called SIMs on a Saturday evening and was expecting to leave a message and talk to someone on Monday. To my surprise, Chris called me back Saturday night and we scheduled an appt for the following Saturday. Chris is very knowledgabe about wells which is in my new house. He generously spent time explaining my existing system and solving my problem of a strong sulfur odor in the hot water. The best part is that the following Tuesday, Chris called to follow up to see if we were satisfied with the solution. This is great customer service and they really know their trade. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Chris was very professional. Answered every question/cncern from both my wife and myself. Showed up on time; performed services as agreed upon. He had a couple extra issues to deal with that day, as our water heater broke overnight and was replaced just before his arrival. Lots of air and gunk in water lines due to system being drained. When he couldn't replace copper pipe due to constant leakage, he replaced with stainless steel connectors at no extra charge. Will recommend him to others in a heartbeat.
