Being new to a house with well water, I have been looking for a company that can answer any questions and fix any issues from water quality, to pressure, well pump, etc. CIMS is that company.

Chris communication is by far better than expected. He is not pushy and gives information and helps you with whatever you need. I needed to upgrade my softener system and he sent me messages monthly to see if I still needed assistance and I knew I needed to replace my system and 2 months later, I was ready and he showed up promptly to give me a free quote and then we set a schedule to install. He showed up on time and installed my system. The part that set sent him apart was he texted me 2 days later to verify everything was good. They have an automated pay system that emails you when job is finished, I payed with PayPal and it was done. If you need help with you water system, choose Chris. You won t be sorry!

Both Chris and Matt were very easy to be around. Very professional. As far as knowing what I needed they were the only company that actually tested my water directly from the well. They knew what I needed to to solve my problem. I am overly happy with their service. Also they were so confident in their product they wrote in the contract that if it didn't fix my problem they would remove the system and refund my money. Can't beat that that. Currently my water is crystal clear. I anticipate it staying that way.

Chris arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time needed to diagnose my problem. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and how water treatment systems work. When it was determined that the valve could not be repaired, Chris explained all our options. Their pricing is very reasonable and you can decide which option is best for you. We elected to replace the valve rather than the whole system. Chris immediately made an appointment (2 days later). Matt arrived early. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time needed to replace the valve and assure everything was correctly setup and working as expected. Matt thoroughly explained everything he was doing and showed me how to use the new valve. I would highly recommend Cims Water Solutions and will definitely use them again!

Very knowledgeable about water systems and the units themselves . Sold me exactly what I needed for my system . The three other companies I had out tried to sell me complete new systems . They explained the softener I had was working fine . It was a good unit no need to replace it . Add a charcoal filter And a RO system to get rid of The oil smell in my water . Highly recommend them !
