Natural Slate Roofing Repair
Overpriced!

"We worked on a barn roof and shed roof and replaced missing slate. Once the guys got up on the barn roof they saw that there were more slates that needed replaced and the customer approved an extra $300 for the extra missing slates. If this customer thought we were overpriced why wouldn't he have declined the original price quoted and for sure declined the extra price for the extra work needed? This customer never said anything besides thanking the guys when the job was complete. If this customer was unhappy with the price he paid why would he hire our company to begin with?"

Shane contacted us quickly. To schedule the estimate visit took 4 days after the initial phone call and another 7 days for the repair visit. Wasn't a problem since no leak. The very capable roofers made quick work of the shingle repair on a cold, windy, and rainy day.

Was contacted quickly after I made request. Only problem was scheduling the repair after we spent a week deliberating what we would do. Vented bathroom fan to rear roof. Initially was vented into the attic and water built up in the attic. Replaced collar around stack pipe and resealed. When scheduled, work was done quickly.
