Mark responded quickly and came out to the house. The problems were identified and immediately fixed. Was very happy since we were having frequent heavy rainfall in my location.

Excellent customer service. Mark contacted me right away and gave me a quote that was less expensive than another company I was going to go with. The weather was not cooperating and he kept in contact with me and gave me some pointers to keep the water from damaging my bedroom ceilings. His company was professional and completed the work with a warranty. Will definitely use again for any future roofing needs. Thanks so much!

They found the issue, and repaired it. They checked the flashing around the chimney and found an issue and sealed it also. It was still lower than the estimate that they gave me in the beginning. They are very honest and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

went very well. they came when they said they would both to quote the work and do the installation. when they couldn't work the Saturday they initially planned they offered to work Sunday instead to meet my schedule. 
they explained the exact scope of their work and what i would be responsible for. they were efficient, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.

Work was provided timely and efficiently and at the estimated price. They did quality work and cleaned up very well following the roof repair.

I called late in the afternoon and Mark Kerr answered the phone. I explained the problem, he said he would be out at 9AM
the next day. He arrived on time and qouted the price which I accepted. He quickly repaired the roof to my complete satisfaction.
He is definately my goto roofer.

Experienced a slight delay making contact, but that was understandable, because Mr. Kerr explained it was a busy time, I was in no hurry. The day of the work, personnel were prompt and efficient. Area was left completely clean. A very good service experience!

MR KERR, A SMALL BUSINESSMAN, VIETNAM VET, AND HARLEY ENTHUSIAST, PERSONALLY CAME TO MY HOME. I HAD 6 SHINGLES BLOW OFF MY ROOF WHILE ON VACATION. AFTER EXPLAINING THE SITUATION AND EXPRESSING MY CONCERN, HE AND HIS SON CAME OUT WITH IN AN HOUR, ON A SATURDAY NO LESS, AND MADE MY REPAIRS. HE QUOTED ME and DID THE WORK FOR $120.00 WHICH I FELT WAS AWESOME SINCE IT WAS A SATURDAY EMERGENCY SITUATION, AND MY ROOF IS STEEP AS ALL GET OUT. (12/24 IS THE PITCH, VERY STEEP) AND ON A PERSONAL NOTE, I PAID MR KERR IN CASH AND INCLUDED A 30 DOLLAR TIP AND THIS MAN CALLED ME AN HOUR LATER TO ASK ME IF I WAS AWARE THAT I GAVE HIM TOO MUCH MONEY. WHAT A CLASS ACT ! USE THIS MANS SERVICES IF YOU ARE IN NEED. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD LIKE THIS MAN. HONEST PRICES FOR HONEST, QUALITY WORK.

THEY COME RIGHT AWAY AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM FOR ME, AND NO WORRIES FOR ME AT ALL. THEY TAPED THE BILL TO THE BACK DOOR.
