Mr. Baxter contacted me right away when I needed service. He explained in detail what he would be doing and gave me a written estimate of the cost, including a high end value if additional problems were discovered once the work commenced. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and he showed up when he said he would. Upon starting the job he determined what needed to be done was less than originally planned and charged a lower price than the original estimate upon completion.
