Overview : I would like to take this opportunity to introduce B. M. Roofing Inc., but first I would like to assist you in your search for a contractor for your project. Make sure the company carries liability insurance and workers compensation covering their employees and are licensed by the city they are doing the work in. Check with the Better Business Bureau, but what might be more important is getting a detailed estimate that spells out exactly what is being done on your project. We have numerous city licenses, carry liability insurance and worker compensation and use hourly employees (3 of them have been with company for 20+ years each). I have 30+ years in the roofing, construction industry. I deal with each customer directly from start to finish and I am on most of the jobs, whether it's a small repair on a home or a complete roof on a church or a business. Each job will be given complete attention to quality and detail. We take pride in making sure the job is done right the first time. We try to treat our customers like we would like to be treated. We will notify and explain any problems that many occur. In most cases no down payments are required and no payment until the job is completed to your satisfaction. Very well. They found underlying wood that needed to be replaced, and did the extra work for a fair price. They worked steadily, even though they were down one man due to his being at national guard camp.

He responded quickly to my call and for an estimate. Didn't try to charge an arm and a leg to re-do the whole area (others wanted to). Did a thorough job. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
Description of Work: Patched a couple of areas on a rubber roof. Lined the edges with membrane and liquid coating.

I have owned 6 houses over the years. Brad (owner) is a great professional. Oversaw all work. Very clean. Explained everything with options before the deal. Did not pressure in any way. Wanted no money until job was completed. Velux and Corning dealer. Excellent work, ecellent experience.

We were totally satisfied with the work done by Brad and his crew. He did everything as promised and cleaned up totally. He came back at a later time for another concern and alleviated that at no extra cost. Our experience with BM Roofiing was outstanding.

His quote was right on and it was done quickly. The crew did an amazing job matching the old shingles with the new ones. They left no mess and were done quicker than was expected. I will recommend them to friends who need this type of work and will use them again.

Again, we are extremely pleased with the work done by BM Roofing. We highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Two years ago, we had the entire roof of our 3,000 sq. ft. house removed and replaced. We were totally pleased with the work, the professionalism, and the honesty displayed by Mr. Mannozzi. On 8/15/2012, Mr. Mannozzi sent a crew back to the house to put a ridge vent on a part where we were getting inside condensation. This was done at no additional cost. This problem began during the extreme heat conditions of the summer and after we replaced the furnace/air conditioning with a high energy unit. Doing that seemed to change something about the house which was built in 1975. The ridge vent seems to have solved the problem.Mr. Mannozzi is prompt in returning calls, coming to the house and evaluating to the best of his ability.

He told me what was to be done and when, the crew showed up on time and were careful not to damage the property. The crew cleaned up every day after there work and was friendly to my wife and myself answering any question we might have.
Description of Work: Brad gave me several options on the repair to my roof and the pro's & con's of each. He stuck by his quote even though he ran into some problems he had not counted on. I was so pleased with the work I had him replace my gutters and spouting.

The job was just fine. He came with his final quote. He did everything he said he would do and more. He was on time and they worked well and productively. He cleaned up well and there was no mess left at all. He was very patient with helping us make a decision. It was the first time I had him out.
