I had what I thought was a backup in my sewer line in my upstairs rooms. However, as it turns out it was just an ice buildup that caused the backup. We called Plumbing One and they told us a plumber would have to call us back as they were all busy at that moment. Within 15 minutes we received a call back from John and he scheduled a visit, which happened to be within 2 hours of my initial call. When John arrived he was friendly and courteous. He was cognizant of dirty boots so he put on booties before entering my home. Upon investigation of the problem we found that between the time I had called and the time John arrived the backup cleared itself. Both John and I thought the problem was probably ice backup in the drain lines as I was pouring warm water down the drain as a possible solution before John showed up. He never charged me for a service call, which I thought was very generous given he did spend time to drive out to my home. Overall I thought my experience with this company was great.

The installer was very professional,polite and kind.He did great work.

Everything about the experience was smooth--was able to call and reach someone (no voicemail!) to get the non-emergency work scheduled 2 days later. Plumber showed up on time, was easy going, professional--in and out in about an hour. One tiny question about the bill but called John (again--spoke to a real person, no voicemail!) and he corrected immediately. (The "B" on price wasn't related to this issue, but simply that I think the rate was what I'd expect on average.) Best part--NO MORE LEAK--one of my dogs likes to lie in the shower stall and he will no longer come out all wet! LOL :-)

All went well. Earlier this past Sunday, I had an emergency and they showed up and repaired my drain under my kitchen sink. Fast job and very pleased.

The plumbing inside was not easy to get to. The job was done in about an hours time. They were prompt, friendly and professional. The price was reasonable for everything they did including installing a shut-off valve for the winter. I would absolutely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Good. We liked the owner. His name was John. When he first came to the house and used his tools to discover where the leak was, he was sure of it and he did not charge us for the first call. Just in case, he called someone out with more advanced equipment and we found John was right on target.

The day after the "Polar Vortex" swept through our area, my mother had a water pipe burst in the attic over her garage. I called Plumbing One, and John was able to come out the following evening. He was swamped with calls due to the weather related damage, so I was grateful we didn't have to wait several days. He immediately located the problem and repaired it. He was here less than 30 minutes! He also advised us why the problem occurred and recommended a resolution. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again! (I really don't know the cost because it was my mother's home and she paid him).

The gentleman that serviced our plumbing was very polite and proactive in making sure we were satisfied with his service. They were fair on pricing and quick to schedule us in. I had them come out a couple of times for me and they did a great job. They were very reasonable with their pricing and gave me a discount which was really nice.

,We have a 50's ranch that had developed problems in two bathrooms: in one, the drains were so heavily clogged as to be blocked, from two people with long hair. In the other, a sink faucet had developed such a bad drip that we had to turn the hot water off. I had coupons from Plumbing One, and found that they were A rated on this list. I called one afternoon, made an appointment for first thing the next day, and they were here a bit prior to the appointment time. Unblocking the two drains took a major effort and required drain augers of three sizes to get them clear. The dripping faucet was complicated by being a style no longer manufactured; the plumber was able to repair the existing faucet to stop the leak. All in all, I was very pleased with their service, and don't feel that their pricing is out of line with other plumbers we have used -in my opinion the whole industry is quite pricey. We'll be using Plumbing One next time we need plumbing services.

The responded to my service on the same day I called in. The worker called when he was 30 minutes away. He took almost an hour to to fix both the drain and the toilet. I used an ad from the paper to receive a discount. He was professional and clearly communicated the circumstances.

We were in desperation for a plumber on New Years Eve. We were having issues with our sewer main. We called a few companies and no luck, lastly we called Plumbing One they immediately had someone on their way. Sending their service manager, John at 10:pm. When he arrived he was very polite and concerned with our problem, he also gave us options on going about fixing the sewer main. He was a very hard worker and stayed after Midnight to ensure our problem was solved. Luckily, when John was in the basement he also made us aware that our water heater was leaking. He then told us that he could replace it tomorrow morning even though it was New Years. This company came out when we needed them the most, and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
