Gary came out when he said he was going to they found where it was leaking and they fixed it.

Hands down, the most amazing experience with this company! All the way from the owner to the sales reps to the contractors! I NEVER thought it would have been this simple and pain free, dealing with what I had to deal with.
My condo flooded from my 3rd level all the way down to the basement. Flooring, ceilings, drywall...so much had to be ripped out and reconstructed. Not only were the prices beyond fair and reasonable, EVERYONE was empathetic, caring, attentive and took such amazing care of me and my home. Not to mention the quality of work! My home is in considerably better condition than it was before any of the damage occurred. So professional, efficient and an absolute pleasure! It can be so nerve wrecking to 1) have your home torn apart, 2) have strangers coming in daily to make repairs and 3) coordinating schedules. From the first moment I had contact with Like New Build, they made me feel at ease and like they genuinely cared. The day the contractors showed up, they made me feel completely at ease and comfortable with them and what they planned to do. I can confidently say that not only have I found a company I will ALWAYS go to first for any repair/upgrade/building needs, but over the weeks of working with them, I can also call them friends. I would vouch for and recommend this company to ANYONE! A+!
