About us

My name is Brad MacBrair, and I am the owner of the Dublin/Powell area franchise for Gotcha Covered. While that is my main area of marketing, I can sell or service any customer in the central Ohio area. Like most others in the window fashion industry, I offer free in home consultation and quotes. Unlike most others in my industry, I install all my own sales and do not currently subcontract out any work. I occasionally have some help for larger installations, but I will personally be there to insure proper installation and customer satisfaction. We have the largest selection of any kind of window treatments, ranging from faux wood blinds, woven woods, cellular and roller shades, skylights, motorization, Hunter Douglas brand products, custom shutters to soft drapery in central Ohio. We also offer the full range of top treatments such as cornices, valances, swags and cascades. We can even do custom bedding to fully match your new window treatments! I purchased Duette Architella Honeycomb shades as well as some faux wood blinds thru Brad. He did an amazing job. Totally friendly, came out multiple times while I comparison shopped over the period of a few months.  He pointed out the rebate offers that existed and also told me about energy savings at tax time. He even filled out the rebate forms and sent them in.

I found a couple of blinds where the seams were coming loose and each time I called him he came out immediately and called Hunter to address the issue under warranty. Brad is amazing. He does not sub contract the work to anyone else. I highly recommend Brad MacBrair because he's genuine, cares about his clients and I can trust him to take care of the defects post install. The whole process was very easy and efficient. Brad personally met with us and gave us suggestions. He called as soon as he received the blinds and scheduled to install them immediately. They actually came in sooner than expected. He came and installed them while we were at work and other than coming home to new blinds we never would have known he had done any work. He left the area perfectly cleaned up. And they turned out to be the perfect window treatment for our needs and style of the room. We definitely would use him again and are very pleased.
