+ 0 moreFirst, there were mice. They live in the bathroom, in a hole in the wall. The place is dirty and if you are allergic to dogs, you will not appreciate the dog who roams. He is very sweet, however. All of the information for our move was provided through the Uhaul website. It did not matter, we still had to wait a long time for it to be retyped. When I returned the vehicle, I completed it via the uhaul website. I was charged a cleaning fee. I, unlike this facility, am very clean. I was also charged for two "sessions" of renting - which was never explained by the lady working there or the website. I am highly unsatisfied.
