We have used several window cleaning firms in our 45 years in Cleveland. Bill Dornback and his crew are the very best we have every employed.. Bill arrived on time for the estimate and to start the job. He was very clear on what would be done. His staff person called the day before to confirm the time. The crew was respectful of our home. Crystal Clean Window Cleaning will be our window cleaning service in the future.

Personal service from beginning to end. Bill Dornbeck did the estimate, came and worked on our windows with his team and followed up with a call to make sure we were satisfied. The three young men who did the job were punctual, polite and dedicated to doing a perfect job. It was a pleasure to have them here and our windows are sparkling beyond belief.

Everything went very well. They were very professional, and it they did a great job. I didn't realize how dirty our windows were until Crystal Clear had cleaned them. They did the inside, outside, and cleaned our screens. The price was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Bill does a fabulous service.  He always responds immediately and is the utmost professional, answering all my questions and accommodating my schedule. We had to delay our service by a year because we started construction and he was just fine with the change.   Once the construction work was done and I called him, he did the job over two days.  He was always respectful of me, my family and my home.  He came on time and did an excellent job.
We had one problem that he noticed and brought to my attention and resolved.  He went above and beyond what I would expect of a company.  One of our bay windows appeared streaked after cleaning.  Apparently it had a film on it and had possibly been installed backwards.  He wasn't sure if it was his fault.  I don't know how long it would have been before I noticed it and if I really would have cared but Bill wanted it right.  I could not remember if the "streaks" were there before he did the job.  I didn't know if it was his fault and again, didn't know if it really mattered but Bill wanted it done right.  So his company paid for a completely new window to be installed!  There was no work on my part.  He took care of making the claim, contacting a company to replace the window and paying their bill.  Meantime, I only paid him half but he didn't even request that I do that. 
This is an honest, hard-working man  who runs a wonderful company.  I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him for years to come.
