It was very reasonably priced because we've had it done before. He actually reconfigured the outflow system to make it a lot more efficient. We had no idea that there was a better way. We believe that was most of the problem in how it was running. He did that on his own and he did it very inexpensively. It was a decent price. We will definitely call them again for any water or plumbing problems. They were very good on cleanup. They took out anything that was waste. I had to call him in the middle of the night when the sump pump failed. He called me back at 4 am.

Mr. Hessco was very prompt and efficient in helping me.  We set an appointment two days after I called him, he came and looked at what was needed and was able to perform the services at the same time.  He was quick and efficient and very affordable.  I will definitely keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

They were to fix my garbage disposal but when they took a look at it nothing ended up being wrong. They were on time for the service.  They were also very nice. He did not charge me since nothing was wrong but I made sure to ask since he did come out. I asked many questions about the disposal and he was able to answer all of them. He gave me a card for any future issues.

They were fine. I ended up paying more than the $79 special because they said I needed something extra and it would be more. They were average across the board. They came and did the work and they left.  They were nice. I probably would not use them again however because of the cost.

We had used Hessco previously for a faucet problem as a result of an Angie's List Big Deal, and had been very pleased with their advice and service, so when I could see that the backup sump pump battery was not going to last through the sustained power outage, I called Mike.  It was early in the morning, but he was already at work on another job and made it to my house in three hours, for which I was very grateful since this was an emergency situation to avoid basement flooding.  He had to go several places to even find a battery because of the hurricane demands, but he quickly got the work done, gave me good advice for how to continue to cope until the power returned, and came back later in the day to check to see if I needed another battery. (Thank goodness, by then we did have power.)  We will definitely use Hessco again--in fact I have already ordered an additional backup battery through them.

They did a great job! Mike is the right man for the job. I was missing one part, but they had it in the truck so that I didn't have to go to the store. They even gave me an upgraded drain. They cleaned up and took everything away that needed taking away including boxes.

Service performed as expected.  Although, I really dislike when HVAC and Plumbers feel entitled to slap a sticker on my appliances or in this case write their name and number on my water tank in permanent marker.  Especially when they were there to change an exterior hose faucet not install or service my water tank.

First called Hessco after using another plumber who could not seem to figure out the problem.  Hessco told me to call the faucet company for the parts since it would be under warranty.  When I received the parts, I called again, they came out very promptly, and fixed the faucet quickly.  I would not have known about the warranty if Hessco had not helped with that, and the parts from Moen made the whole project less expensive.  They were efficient and professional, and I will definitely use this company for plumbing needs in the future.

Mike Hess, owner of Hessco Plumbing, has been our personal plumber of choice for approximately ten years.  We first met Mike when he worked for another company, and found his level of professionalism so outstanding, that we began to request him personally, when ever we needed any plumbing service or repair.  When Mike began his own plumbing company, we speciifically sought him out after we moved into our new place.  Mike always returns our calls promptly, and he stands behind his work.  I cannot think of anyone who more  deserves an A+ rating from Angie's List than Mike Hess (Hessco Plumbing), and I definitely recommend him without any reservations.

Purchased Angie's Big Deal for a outdoor hose bib connection replacement. Hessco Plumbing called me within a couple days to schedule which was great since I would have let it sit for awhile before getting it scheduled one my own. Two guys came slightly ahead of schedule. (forgot their names). They were polite, clean and good at communicating with me. I had another contractor at the house at the time, so I did not watch them too closely but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they replaced the spicket. They had to cut a hole from inside the basement to be able to remove the existing faucet and cut away a bit of the existing pipe prior to soldering the new "bib" to the existing pipe, but they explained it all to me first and it was at no extra cost to me.  The new spicket/bib works great.
One thing I would have liked was having an option of the type of spicket being attached, rather than just accepting what they gave me. That was my own fault for not thinking of asking about the product they intended to use and the options available. I have no reason at this point to doubt it's quality, but I feel like I may have overlooked something by not investigating it further. (Should I have asked for frost resistant, or is this one already top of the line? What is the warranty/lifetime.... Hindsight is 20/20.) But for $79, I am very happy with having a non-leaking faucet that turns on and off smoothly for our hose.
I will use them again when we are ready to replace another faucet. I also inquired about their pricing for downspout/storm snaking and they seemed reasonable and knowledgeable so I will likely call them back for that service as well.

They took a look at the faucet and tried to say it'd be $189 not the $79 that I purchased due to the type of faucet I have.

Unfortunately they hit an electrical line while working to hide the pipe but it only cause a minor snag and they compensated us fully for the electrician's repairs. Other than that they were very helpful, nice and easy to talk with and answered any questions we had. We will call Hessco again if we have further plumbing needs.
