They did a good thorough, job. However, they underquoted us. The work was good.

To be brief, they actually did a good job and were great to work with.  They were very thorough and made sure that we were taken care of after the flood.

Everything went very well...no complaints.

Initially OmniClean couldn't come to give us an estimate the day after the water was removed, but then a representative called us back and said they had an opening in their schedule to perform the estimate. Two employees came to give us an estimate and were timely and somewhat professional. They gave us a written estimate but neglected to write "disposal/hauling" on the estimate, so we had a bit of a problem convincing the workers who came the next day that they had to haul away the damaged items from our basement. (Make sure everything that is discussed is in writing on the estimate in case the same people who provide the estimate do not show up to do the job). The crew showed up on time the next morning and they were pleasant. They did end up clearing and hauling the damaged items we wanted discarded, so it worked out fine. They removed a section of damaged wall and used an antimicrobial liquid which was sucked up into a tank on their truck.

Steve is very professional and very thorough. I needed a quotation for damage done from a bad dishwasher leak installation but unfortunately, his quote was more than double the other quotations for that job. He has done work for me in the past and the price was more reasonable so I would still consider him for future help.

Very good experience. Sean came right out to give us a free estimate. Another company had been recommended by the insurance company but they did not respond. Sean's estimate was cheaper than the other company. His crew came out, put in new flooring, painted and sanitized the entire basement. The final and most difficult part was placing carpet down underneath large exercise equipment, the two workers who did this were determined and did not quit until it was right. They spent 45 minutes inching the carpet and did not charge extra. :)

IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET A QUOTE FOR MY JOB. THE QUOTE TO CLEAN MOLD FROM A 2' X 8' AREA ON A TWO-STORY FOYER CEILING WAS $1,700 WHICH I THINK IS EXCESSIVE.

MY FEELING IS THAT OMNICLEAN IS MILKING THE INSURANCE COMPANY(AND ULTIMATELY ME)FOR WHATEVER THEY CAN GET. WHILE THEY INSIST THEY ARE WITHIN THE GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY THE INSURER, I FEEL THEY ARE WORKING THE SYSTEM. I WAS BILLED OVER $2000 FOR 2 HRS OF WORK, BY 2 PEOPLE. OTHER DISCREPANCIES: 1. BILLED FOR 3 DAYS FOR FANS AND DRIERS, WHEN THEY WERE ONLY THERE FOR 2 DAYS. 2. BILLED FOR SUNDAY SERVICE, WHEN THEY WERE NOT ON SITE UNTIL TUESDAY (THEY EXPLAINED THIS AWAY BY SAYING IT WAS EMERGENCY SERVICE). IT IS EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING WHEN I READ ANOTHER REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY ON ANGIE'S LIST, WHERE THE AMOUNT OF WORK WAS MUCH MORE EXTENSIVE, REMOVING PANELING AND MORE..., AND THAT TOTAL BILL WAS AROUND $1500. MY BASEMENT IS NOT HUGE, APPROXIMATELY 800 SQ. FT.,(I WAS BILLED FOR APPROX. 900 SQ. FT.) THE CLEANING CREW SHOWED UP WITHOUT CALLING AHEAD, WHICH MEANT I HAD TO HAVE THEM RETURN A DAY LATER TO CLEAN SPOTS THAT WERE NOT ACCESSIBLE WHEN THEY FIRST ARRIVED.

CALLED OMNICLEAN DAY AFTER AUG. 20TH HEAVY RAIN THAT FLOODED MANY HOMES IN LORAIN COUNTY. AS EXPECTED, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A FEW DAYS. 3 DAYS LATER, THEY CALLED ME AT 8AM IN THE MORNING AND LEFT ME A MESSAGE, I WAS AT WORK AND DID NOT GET THE MESSAGE UNTIL 1PM. I CALLED BACK AS SOON AS I COULD. BUT BY THAT TIME, THEY HAD REMOVED ME FROM THEIR LIST. I TOLD THEM I STILL NEEDED THEIR HELP, AND THEY PUT ME BACK DOWN ON THE LIST AND WOULD CALL ME BY THE END OF THE DAY TO SCHEDULE A TIME. THEY DID NOT CALL BACK THAT DAY!!! I CALLED THEM THE NEXT DAY. AGAIN, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK BY THE END OF THE DAY TO SCHEDULE A TIME. NO CALL AGAIN!!! I CALLED THEM A THIRD DAY. TOLD AGAIN THAT THEY WOULD CALL BACK, THIS TIME WITHIN AN HOUR, AND SCHEDULE A TIME TO COME OUT. NEVER CALLED BACK!!!! 3 TIMES THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL AND NEVER DID!!! MY INSURANCE WAS NOT COVERING THEIR COST. MY GUESS IS THAT THEY ONLY WANT INSURANCE JOBS TO GET MORE MONEY!!!!

BOTH MEN WERE VERY POLITE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE THROUGH IN ABOUT 1-1/2 HOUR. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR EFFICIENCY AND WORK PERFORMED.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT GETTING BACK TO ME AND COMING OUT TO GET A PICTURE TO SHOW WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, FOR AN ESTIMATE OF MATERIALS NEEDED.

MY BASEMENT IS USED AS A PLAYROOM WITH LOTS OF TRAFFIC THROUGH THERE! THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND ALSO HONORED THE ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND I WASN`T UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THEM BEING IN MY HOUSE. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME, TOO.
