VERY QUICK RESPONSE, GOT AN ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY AFTER I PLACED A CALL. ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED, WORKED VERY PROFESSIONALLY, AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. TWO SHORTCOMINGS -- DID NOT RECEIVE A WRITTEN 'ESTIMATE' UNTIL THEY ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB, AND DID NOT GET ANY WOOD CHIPS AS VERBALLY PROMISED MANY TIMES. ALSO WISHED I HAD GONE OVER EXACTLY WHAT WOULD BE DONE CONCERNING THE STUMP GRINDING. WE DIDN'T EXPECT THE LARGE ROOTS TO BE GROUND OUT WHICH LEFT A LOT MORE 'TIDYING' WORK TO BE DONE BY US. OVERALL, DID A GREAT JOB.

I CALLED THE COMPANY AND REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE. THE NEXT MORNING, THEY CALLED BACK WITH AN ESTIMATE. THEY ARRIVED AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND QUICKLY REMOVED THE TREE. THEY CAME BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND ON TIME, TO REMOVE THE STUMPS. EXCELLENT WORK.

RETURNED MAJORITY OF PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY BUT A COUPLE OF THEM TOOK A DAY OR TWO. DUE TO ALL OF THE RAIN WE HAVE HAD, I'M SURE THERE WERE A LOT MORE PHONE CALLS TO MAKE WITH ALL THE RESCHEDULING DUE TO BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS.

RETURNED CALL WITHIN 2 HOURS. CAME OUT NEXT MORNING AFTER CALLING TO SAY THEY WERE ON THE WAY. VERY EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST. ED POINTED OUT HOW THE TREE IS DYING AND WOULD NOT BE WORTH INVESTING MORE MONEY INTO TRYING TO SAVE IT.
