He was very thorough and did a great job.  I have used him many times and that he always a great.  He is very neat and organized.  I would highly recommend using this company.

They were prompt and courteous when responding, so I can only rate them based on this.  They did not come out to look at the job for an estimate so I went with another contractor that did.

The plumber needed to get some parts for the two old faucets.  We did not hear from the company for a week at a time.  There was very little follow up regarding the status of these repairs.  In the end, the two faucets were repaired.
I asked to have a washer replaced in a third, more modern, faucet.  I could have done this myself (the older faucets require a professional plumber who is familiar with these types of faucets), but, I didn't have time to take care of this repair.  I was shocked when I discovered the price to fix this faucet was $147   I will take part of the responsibility - I did not ask for a price quote in advance.
The two older faucet repairs cost $275 and !47.  (There was a senior discount applied to the total.)  Although the cost to repair these faucets is expensive, I understand stopping the leaks in these two faucets was a challenge, time consuming and took purchase of special parts.  The $147 cost for the third faucet, and lack of communication over the several weeks this repair process took place, are the reasons I'm not planning to use this company again.

The day this review appeared I received a call from the contractor.  I did not realize faucets repaired by this company have a two year warranty.  Also, we discussed the communication issue.  I was impressed that I received a call so quickly and the company was interested in my feedback and how to impreove.

It was quite a job, he was here for two or three weeks. I liked that he was VERY thorough. If I had questions, he explained things very well so that I could understand what he was doing. He didn't act like he didn't want to be bothered. He was very friendly and patient. He was clean, whatever mess they made, they cleaned up. It looked like he had never even been there, once he finished. He was very professional.

Fantastic response. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that caused us to shut off the hot water upstairs. It was in the bathtub which shared a wall with the other upstairs bathroom so it proved to be a more difficult job. I had contacted two other plumbers and they did not seem confident that they could do the work and also quoted me twice the amount that Action Plumbing did. Jim assured me that he has dealt with this type of job before and could complete it. They got out within a few days and completed the job within a few hours. The best part is that they saved the tile on the bathtub wall which I thought was a goner for sure! They stuck with their quoted price and I was also able to use my senior discount. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Excellent service. On time, quality work on the R & R of the pipes and valves.  Jim, explained what needed to be done ahead of time. Easy to schedule an appointment so it was all done all at one time. The clean up was great after the work was completed. Made sure there were no leaks or issues before leaving. Jim was very friendly and professional.

They were good.  They were professional, did the job, and they kept everything clean.  I would use them again.

Whether Jim or one of his employees, they always arrive on time, are professional and friendly, complete the work efficiently, and leave the job area spotless.  They keep the customer informed of issues and options.  Although I could probably find a less expensive plumbing service, I appreciate Action Plumbing's attention to detail and professionalism and willingly pay a little more.  I first used them over 10 years ago based on a colleague's referral and have not used another plumber since.

It went great. He is clean, he puts down the rug and cleans up after themselves. He was intelligent and had good communication. He give us little tips about how to avoid future clogs. When he comes back he always remembers things, it is nice to feel like you are building a small relationship with someone doing the work. The time before this we were having trouble with the aerator in the faucet in the bathroom. He didn't have the part, but he went out to the store at no extra charge and brought it back for us. He goes above and beyond.

Great service, great timing, would recommend them highly.

The company was very fast in getting back tio me, punctual and professional.  I paid $153 to have a small shutoff valve replaced for my gas kitchen stove and the total labor involved took less than 30 minutes.  Mike also put on a couple brackets to secure a dowenstairs gas pipe.

It was great.  They were professional, punctual, and answered all of my questions.

Our utility tub started to drain slow a few weeks ago then completely stopped draining yesterday.  I called late in the afternoon and they had their service guy out the very next morning.  We are new to the home (moved in 8 months ago) and didn?t know how the plumbing was set up.  Denny was very knowledgeable and explained that the problem wasn?t a big issue.  However, while looking at some of the additional plumbing work done by the previous owner he pointed out some potential problems (without up selling me).  I appreciated the knowledge and experience he brought to the job and I would hire this company again.  Price was competitive with other companies?.if not lower.  *Used 10% coupon from AL*

The service was good.  The only complaint I have is that they quoted $250 to $300 and it ended up coming out to $360.  They were very quick and responsive, and even got back to me the same day which was good.  I have no problem with the service, but I feel they should have been giving a bigger range for the quote.  This way they won't be setting false expectations.

Jim did a great job and I will be using this company again for future plumbing issues.  Jim arrived quickly and completed the work within the time frame he estimated.  He also gave me great advice on some other projects I'm having done to the house this summer.  Overall, I was impressed with Jim's quality of work and professionalism.
