THEY THOUGHT IT JUST NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. THEY DID A MORE THOROUGH CLEANING THAN ANYONE ELSE HAS DONE. IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE. I CALLED THEM YESTERDAY AND THEY CAME OUT TODAY. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL.
