What a great experience.  This business is relatively new but I had heard great things about them, so I made an appointment.  They are busy, but had an opening withing a couple of days that fit my schedule.  I did have to wait about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but was offered refreshments while I waited, and was continuously checked on.  Nice touch.
My hair is notoriously unruly and hard to cut.  I have almost always been at least a little unhappy with the outcome, and have gone home to play with the style until I got it right.  Not this time.  My stylist, Donna, listened patiently to what I wanted, and then executed it flawlessly.  The cut is perfect.  My hair is naturally curly, so typically when I brush it out, it looks like someone dumped a pile of dryer lint on my head.  With this cut I can brush it out and wear it straight, if I wish, without the need for a straightener.  If I do choose to wear the curls, they fall exactly where I want them.
I could not be happier with the service or the price.  I am used to paying a whole lot more for this quality.  Thanks, Donna, you're the best and I WILL be back!
