My experience with Greg from GAGP was educational and inspiring. He included myself and the family in the whole process of my sump pump replacement. Greg also was able to showcase stress points within the terrain that hindered my yard's ability to drain the way it could and should. I intend to hire him again as needed to achieve my yard dreams and goals. Best price as well. He came in much lower than our other estimates.

Greg is fabulous! Made sure we knew what we were getting and explained everything perfectly. We have two young ones and he even included them in on it. On time and his work is very clean and professional. We will DEFINITELY be calling him again for future projects! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My boyfriend and I bought our house together about eight months ago. After a series of rainstorms we had noticed some water pooling under our driveway and in our yard. When it would not dry up we had someone come out and read our meter and found out we had a leak in our water main line. We had people come out and tell us it would cost $8,000+ to tear up our driveway and fix our water main line. This was our first house and our first major problem and our scope of how much things cost was very limited. We were about to take out a line of credit to get this project done. Greg was the last to come out and from the second he came into our home, we were met with a man who was knowledgable, had sincerity, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Instead of tearing up our driveway he got creative and proposed we reroute our water main line. He told us upfront that he could not get us a price until he knew where our utilities were. He explained how he did not want to dig blindly and accidentally hit a utility and cause more damage (which the other guys had no problem doing). Something that I am truly amazed with, is during the time we were waiting for the utilities to be marked, he let us borrow his key that allows us to turn our water on and off so we could use it sparingly for toiletries. We didn't even make a deal with him yet and he lent us this. Just goes to show what kind of man he is. Once the utilities were marked it was very simple. He was upfront with his pricing, what materials he would use, and what the process would be. Everything was so simple with this man! He did his work and made us feel apart of it every step of the way. His work on the interior of our house looks seamless and so beautiful and clean. One thing that I am still in shock over, is we have the worlds ugliest tree in our front yard. It's not the biggest tree but it is the biggest eyesore. It is close to our driveway and some of it's branches were in the path of where the new water main was going to be. He asked if he could trim up a little bit of the tree and I joked with him he could do whatever he wanted with that tree since we hated it and would eventually have it torn up. He looked me dead in the eyes and asked me if I wanted him to tear it up. I asked him how much it would cost and he said nothing, that since he was already excavating might as well since it would help him and us. This is the kind of man that helps others and puts good karma into the universe. TLDR: Please listen to me when I say this is a good man who knows what he is doing and is out here to help you. You may be stuck like us and not know what to do, but do NOT let yourself be taken advantage of by these other guys. Greg will give you a fair price and he makes you feel even more connected with how your home operates.

Very good experience. Came out quickly, gave a very good price, and was very polite. Had a sump pump draining into the yard. They extended it to the curb which included excavating, setting the pipe, and covering it back up. They reseeded the lawn and dropped straw to cover the dirt. Would highly recommend as they were very efficient and did a great job.

GAGP did an awesome job replacing my old sump pump. They are very experienced and knowledgeable.

GAGP installed the city water at my house, removed the cistern pump and install a new hot water heater for me. They were very professional, communicated very well, showed up on time, did very professional work. They did a fantastic job digging in the yard, under the sidewalk and through my flower beds. They came back and graded my yard, seeded and put straw down. They returned my flower beds the way they were when they first started. I was totally satisfied. They passed the county inspections every time the first time their work was inspected. I highly recommend GAGP for installing main water lines and inside plumbing too. Oh, and they did a fantastic job installing a new kitchen faucet for me too.

Great Service. I had a water main leak that I did not know existed until my last water bill jumped $100.00. Greg came out to the house the same day that I called. Then he came back the next morning and made the repair. Very professional! If you need this type of service - call him. Do not bother with other estimates.

Greg from GAGP came to my residence to look at my sump pump as I had been having issues with both recently. Greg was very professional and very knowledgeable as well. I learned a lot from him during the conversation that we had. I would definitely recommend GAGP!

GAGP came out to survey our wTerline replacement projectand provide their quote on Wednesday. We awarded the contract on Friday and the project was done in 1/2 day on the following Thursday. GAGP quoted using 3/4” K copper tubing vs. polyethylene plastic tube quoted by our second contractor that quoted. His quoted price was far less than the other contractor even though he used more expensive K copper instead of plastic tubing. For our peace of mind, GAGP provided a copy of his liability insurance policy before starting our project after we awarded the contract. Overall a good job including cleanup.

GREAT JOB...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...TIMELY !!! Greg, the owner and his son, Kyle, arrived at my job in Anderson Township. They were timely, courteous and listened to what I thought my needs were. I already had most of the parts needed to install a new sump. Greg had quoted me a specific price the day before showing up. Upon arrival, he reviewed the overall scope of the job and reduced my costs. During the visit, Greg made recommendations regarding my septic tank in the yard and even recommended another company he trusts to do a great job at a fair price. Greg also made recommendations as to where I could find a vertical macerating pump toilet for the basement near the sump pump area. Greg thoroughly explained what would be done, then got the job done in just a few minutes. He also explained many other components in the house, and why they're there. If he did new installs I'd hire him to plumb the new house we're having built. I'd recommend GAGP for any plumbing job.
